    I order this item for an at home office, it came well packaged to prevent any damage durigg by delivery process, everything came with the product that was expected. It was easy to install and works great!! Will definitely shop again for my other office needs!

    I have had this computer for 8 months and it has been fantastic. I am using it as a DAW connected to a Native Instruments S88 keyboard and it has operated flawlessly. Handles all the USB inputs and software without any delays or missed operations. Will definetely purchase from Best Buy and the Refurbisher JoySystems again.

    I like to buy refurbished Pcs, but sometimes you get something you don't expect. But this time was not the case, i got what I was hopping for, very nice PC, and an excellent price, and the guys from JOYSYSTEMS did and excellent job, it was packaged like a champ, no issue what so ever, so now that I'm awere of you, I'll definitely buy from you guys, cause the system was just like new. I will definitely would recommend this company to my family and friends.

    Arrived and had to troubleshoot an issue where the screen would go blank after the HR Smart Start screen. Tried a bunch of safe mode restarts, factory resets, and even bought a new monitor only to find out it was the HDMI port in the computer. If I used the display port, everything worked. Annoying that I had to do that to something I just bought. But still, everything else works as expected and it’s fine otherwise.

    This unit has no wi-fi. I understand it is my job to look at the description but in this day and age I never even considered a computer not coming with wi-fi.
