Item was delivered damaged. I didn't attempt to even install it at that point.

This is from a refurb vendor PlanIT ROI - and almost every one I get from that vendor has issues. I've returned several. This pc shows the size 15"x13" - the pc that PlanIT ROI was a junk super small form factor around 5"x4" - so it was not the HP ProDesk (which I've purchased over 10 of). Best Buy you really need to get rid of PlanIT ROI.

This is my second attempt at a review of this product. I ordered this w/WIFI. It came with ethernet. I purchased a WIFI stick. The day after attaching my Windows Pro 10 dropped and I was unable to reconnect using the Windows sticker on the units side panel. The order came with computer, keyboard and mouse. NO paperwork or disc which may be common for refurbished equipment. But now I am stuck with a piece of junk. Me mad, you better know I am.

Great, fast computer. Unfortunately, it lacks WiFi and Bluetooth, but otherwise a great computer for the money.

No HDMI connection need adapter. No WIFI capabilities must be hard wired. And makes loud noise in the fan area when upright but if placed upside down it stops. Worst computer i ever brought

Best Buy was terrific with this purchase. The computer is great. A little slower than expected but works with no hassles

Product did not turn on. Does Best Buy check out their refurbished equipment before sending to a customer? Don't waste your time on this one.

Has been very solid, does what I need and with most things being stored online I’m able to keep it clean and tidy on the desktop

I saw it was a crap shoot but I decided to roll the dice for such a low price. I should have listened to everyone else and pass on this one. It would not boot up when I set it up. I returned it for something else.

This unit works great and took very little time to bring in all the updates. They did a great job referbishing this unit.

Just as described, my mother is happy with the speed of her games and FB surfing. Thank you

I read other reviews and I noticed the negative reviews as well. I thought I would be one of the lucky ones, but I wasn't. The computer power up, but that was it. I took it back to Best Buy purchased a new desktop.

Great refurbished buy; excellent overall condition, works as-new.
