Honestly I wasn't expecting much when I ordered a refurbished item. I needed a new small desktop for work, and decided to order this one. Joy systems did extra to make sure the product was safe, I didn't even know it came with a keyboard and mouse (I already ordered one on a separate website) but this will come in handy if I need a backup one !! Great for work & im happy with my purchase . I wish it had windows 11, but this will do for now !! I appreciate the fact that it takes up so little space as well but has so many connectors for the different things I need to connect there was no physical damage and the computer was super easy to set up.

i bought it for light gaming and watching movies. it works great with no lags, i was pleasantly surprised that it arrived with a keyboard and mouse, very nice. I can play TS4 with good settings and mods with no glitches. would recommend.

I just needed an inexpensive but powerful Windows 10 computer. This refurbished mini totally filled the bill. I was up and running in no time straight out of the box. It fits right under the base of my monitor, leaves lots of desk space.

Purchased this refurbished laptop for use as a shipping computer and I am really happy with it. It was in better condition than I had anticipated and works perfectly.

I bought this HP with the intent of Using it for school assignments that I could not complete on my Mac. When I received the item it did not work, hence it did not turn on when connected to a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. I deduced this after trying USBC, Mini Display port, and VGA Cables for my monitor. Even Spent $40 on adapters for the vga and mini display port. I am returning it via UPS. Also, the USBC port does not work for a monitor and you have to have a mini display port or vga. It was an absolute disappointment. Now I am buying a $399 New HP, just because I have to get my school work done. Best Buy was great in the return process and I will be taking it to UPS today. Go ahead and buy the new one...

The plug for the aftermarket 65W power adapter provided with the refurb unit is too big so you can't plug in the WiFi antenna. If you don't ever plan to use WiFi, not an issue. However, if you do, then find something not refurbished by Joy Systems. They have no pride in their work and their support does not back up their products. Returned to Best Buy.

I will NEVER buy a refurbished item from Best Buy EVER again!

The product arrived very well packaged and we were surprised how sleek and small the CPU itself was. It came with a full size wired keyboard and a wired mouse. We were a little skeptical reading some of the reviews before buying but the computer same installed with Windows 10, had all the promised ports, and it also came with a wifi network card installed. For our usage, the speed of the Intel i5 chip is perfect and it boots up real fast, surfs the web just fine without any lags or buffering loading all common websites. We have been using this for a week now and overall, we feel for the price this is a great product/buy.

I checked all the other big box stores and this was the best price for an i5 and it is so compact it takes up no space at all. Very simple and friendly set up... found the home network, found the network printer and connected to the wifi all by itself with no help from me. Liked it so much I bought another one for downstairs for the kids. Great produce, fantastic price, would not hesitate to purchase again. Order online, wait for the email, go to customer pickup and take it home. easy peasy, no muss, no fuss!!

The product was securely packaged and included the power cord, wired mouse and keyboard. This mini pc runs 3 monitors, wireless keyboard, mouse and connected to printer via wi-fi with no issues. The boot up time is very fast and I’m very satisfied with the performance of this mini pc.

This is a great PC for home and school work, easy to install quick to start and super quiet. But unlike what is supposed to be - up and running out of the box, it is not. Manufacturer or seller did not provide a display cable. So you have to drive back to BestBuy only to be told you have to buy it separate. This earned a deduction of 1 start. Could have been a 2 star deduction but BestBuy manger gave discount on the cable but did not agree on lack of oversight saying it is manufacturer's duty and they sell only what is provided

Takes up so little space on the desk and has so many to connect to all items I want, like dual monitors and extra drives. The one thing I wish it had came with was Windows 11. But what a deal for the price I paid!!!!

This little machine is amazing! I had my doubts because of it's size but I was proved wrong. It eliminated having a bulky desk top and I am living it. To my surprise, I also received a keyboard and mouse! I highly recommend this mighty HP!

I have purchased about 50 refurbished HP models from BB, of multiple model types. These are my favorite so far. I love the small form factor. They are also speced about the same as the other models I have purchased...same RAM, similar processor, etc. For whatever reason these have seemed to run a fair bit faster than the other models.
