Well packaged, super clean (inside and out) and works perfectly. The reseller is professional, up front about the warranty period (1 year for this device) and provides clear directions on returns and support options. I'd highly recommend this reseller, and the HP computer they are selling - at least this specific configuration - because it fits my needs perfectly.

I was afraid bc it's refurbished but its been working out well so far. I've now had it for at least 3 months.

This machine is fast and powerful. The solid-state drive is "only" a quarter of a terabyte, but that's more than enough for my needs and it is sooooo much faster than a regular hard disk. Also, this little box is equipped with lots of USB ports for attachment of just about everything. Listing said it came without keyboard and mouse, but when I opened the package I found both included. Only (minor) complaint -- no HDMI port, so I needed a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter cable. No big deal. Very happy with this machine.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.garbage, did not worked, while using it it will shut down by itself, and if stays on or when finally stayed on, makes the monitor blackout every ~5 seconds, the outside of the box had dents and heavy scratches, the quality or performance was abysmal disappointing; i took it back to best buy and they took it back and refunded me fully. it's sad to see these products not being refurbished properly and being sold as if they do, causing more delivery truck in the road for a piece of garbage that will be send back to their warehouses , such a waste of time, and fuel...sad sad.
