    Went to get a printer. The guy who sold it to me told me this HP printer. Told me it would work with my HP laptop. I think it kinda did. HP has horrible customer service.. So I went to return it. Everyone was too busy on their phones to help. Except the door guy & the cashier. Managers were hiding in the office. Cashier was a child. Couldn’t tell me anything. Got a .31 refund on the reorder. Couldn’t explain how I get the .31 though. This is a very fast run down of a very real issue. Some group somewhere is paying these guys to keep their oversized store open & them alive. This leadership isn’t capable of keeping this team engaged. So I’ve learned my lesson. If I get this new one & it doesn’t work. I’ll call to another location to see if they can help me.

    I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to with this product. I bought this printer so that I could print out packing slips for my small business. The printing quality was so bad on the packing slip that I printed, and USPS would not accept any packages because it was unreadable

    felt very poorly built. upon further inspection.. hp sells it name for another company to use for this product. it is not made by hp. it does not have bluetooth capabilities. it can only be done being plugged in. you can get much better printers for cheaper. would not recommend.

    Garbage. Worked fine one time, now the shipping labels only print part of the label. I tried reinstalling and calling HP.

    While the printer works fine, this device is NOT supported via UPS.com which is absolutely unacceptable given that UPS is a major shipping company. Their software drivers are out of date and do not install correctly on Windows 11. If you want to buy a printer that only works with select shipping companies, this might be your printer though.
