I debated between 4 and 5 stars on this. The only thing I've found wrong with this printer is the absence of functions that I didn't pay for. It works just fine for what I do which is print 2 or 3 pages a day. It doesn't auto-print two sided but guides you through manually printing both sides. It was half the price of the Epson similar printer when I bought mine. For home use I'm well satisfied so far.

Perfect size! It is printing well and with the HP app it was easy to setup.

Works well. Good value for the price. 2 cons are the size is larger then most other comparable models and it doesn’t do double sided printing. Pros prints quickly and quietly, connects well for wireless printing I haven’t had any issues at all and it’s been almost 3 months of consistent printing.

So far really impressed by the ease of use. I’ve filled the paper tray with 20 to the up to 30 pages and it worked really well. If I was looking to print photos I’d spend more money for a more expensive model, but for light use it is perfect around the house (and I like the ink bottles). Recommended for the price!

It works great. I easily found how to make copies two-sided. The price was very good. Glad I purchased it. Just be careful when going to the website for installation instead of using the booklet-there are scamers out to take lots of money using a website almost exactly as HP's.

The all in one printer and scanner has been a great deal. The printer prints out very nice quality prints and easy to use scanner make backing up documents unto your computer quick and easy. We like the refillable ink tanks and easy to refill. This meets most home or small business needs.

Easy to set up and operate. First printing when first turning printer on is slow due to warm up time. After that printing time is much faster. Set up book that comes with iit is a big help to set up but is not much help ifor use if was a persons first printer.

First off it's HP so it has the reputation to be good and the customer service to back it up. Setup is easy with clear concise directions. Print quality is superior to a cartridge printer. Then add the cost savings of ink and its a winner all around. Buy it and love it.

This printer was very easy to set up. Once set up I really can't say enough about the ease of being able to print from any device from anywhere around. It's a great convenience. The print quality is just fine for what I use it for and it's not too slow of a printer either.

We've only owned the Smart Tank 5000 for a couple of months and it's working great. There's one little odd characteristic. If you are printing on both sides you need to flip the page, but WAIT! Turning over one page takes a second or two. So - what if you are printing a stack?!! You start it and it prints the front of all the pages (or odd numbers). Now take the stack of printed pages, flip the whole thing over and put it right back on the paper holder, even if there's paper there. The machine keeps count and finishes the job! This is easy and is quicker than those cumbersome types where every page needs to be flipped using complex flippers. That's my contribution on why I like my large ink containers and printing both sides! TheProFrom Dover : )

Love the ink tank feature, Ink last so much longer than cartridges. I have had the printer two years now and still have not run out of ink. The downside is, it will not do double sided print, but that is ok

We had a cartridges printer and even thout we were subscribed to instant ink, the model was not thatbgreat. This time we were looking for something better for at-home-use but reliable. So far it has been a great option, actually calling to HP save us a lot of headache to set up and running the printer. They assisted us during the whole.process over telephone and usong laptop to visualize how to refill the tanks. Printing has been faster and so far good quality color printing. With this option no need to be subscribed to instant ink so we are hoping that dont need to refill tanks sooner, the whole set cost around $64 (color and black), so if we don replace it for at least 15-16 month period, we'll be pretty satisfied.

I love my new printer! Easy setup and updated software compared to my last canon printer. I love the refillable tanks and it prints beautiful pictures. Its so quiet compared to my last canon, and seems quicker too.

Love this printer! So easy to use, love the ink like this instead of cartridges! The cartridges seem to dry out so fast. I had to get with times and this printer is perfect doesn’t break the bank but it’s a very nice printer.

I love the print quality and the efficiency. The HP Smart Tank 5000 was easy to install and set up. The printing is fast and efficient. I installed the app on my cell phone and print from my Cell phone too.

Love my new HP smart tank 5000 printer. It was very easy to install and connect. It was easy to connect to my desktop,laptop and two cell phones. The printer quality is great for my needs. I highly recommend this product.

This printer was very easy to set up. And it prints well. It gets the job done. One plus is it being aware of low ink, and being notified in anticipation so I can purchase ahead of time.

So far, this printer has been great. Easy to set up, good printing and copying results for what I needed. I don't need to use it often, so hopefully good results continue when needed.

We have always had a cartridge inkjet printer at home in the past, but hated the lack of quality, as well as the cartridges running out at the worst times. Saw this printer with its 2 year ink supply, as well as the comments on the quality of the printouts and decided to take the leap on putting out a bigger expense in the beginning. Well, this printer is definitely worth it! The quality of the prints are so much better than any previous printer we had. It prints a lot quicker, and it connects well over the wireless network. Our old printers constantly dropped off the network. We are super pleased with this.
