    Would be better if it was easy to see that you need a 2.4ghz router in order to use this. Spent about 3 hours on setup until I wondered if it was a routing issue and had to have my IPS help me route the connection. Would be a 5 if I didn't find that info inside the install packet in small print. Otherwise, printer is great! Connects easily and everyone can use it. I like knowing the printer status of online or not before I even hit print, since printers are finicky and won't always tell you they're online and ready. This one is nice to work with. NOT auto-double side! you will have to manually flip pages.

    Set up was a challenge, considering that the print heads were jammed by the orange plastic piece that was to be tossed out (the orange piece). Once set up, the printer is easy to use and the quality of the printing is excellent. Love the copying feature. I haven't had to use the scanning feature yet.

    The new HP Smart Tank 5000 printer is a great value. I am very satisfied with the printer. It prints very good color photos. It also has individual refillable tanks for the three primary colors and black. This should save on the cost of ink. So glad they have done away with ink cartridges which were very expensive. Seems like a very good printer if you only need the basics.
