What a wonderful printer. Easy to setup and use and the tanks make it really long lasting, to print for a very long time.

It takes a little while to print, but the print quality is very good. Plus, the ink saving is incredible! I recommend it for home use, school projects, or drawings, but not if you need to print a large number of pages.

First time ever having a printer with liquid ink. Easy to set up. Hoping to save money, not having to buy so many ink cartridges.

It’s a great printer with a lot of ink more than any of the other ones I have looked at. Really like the way it looks and the easy design to help you get great prints consistently.

Easy printer set up & great quality printing - hope ink lasts longer than other types

Printer is easy to set up if you follow the instructions. Installing the software is easy if you create the “optional” account, and more frustrating if you do not. Ink is easy to fill, but installing the two cartridges that are not ink was not hard but not intuitive for me. Once the software is loaded on all devices you might print from, the wireless printing is easy and straightforward. It’s reasonably fast. Scanning took some trial and error, and the user interface is a bit confusing to me. If you’re more tech savvy than me, the set up should be easy enough. It’s a nice printer to use.

Love the print quality, and ease of filling the ink tanks. Would be five stars if not for the the fact that printers seem to be designed to print from phones and tablets now as opposed to computers. HP Smart app is a must to print wireless. If you're setting up a home office on a company owned machine, you'll need to disconnect from your VPN to be able to use this on your home network.

Easy to use, one button solution for scan to print ink life is good overall good purchase

Let me start by saying when I pick this one up it was on sale so it was a great deal. The printer itself works really good. The qualities is great. You can print pictures and they come out really nice. Also, the fact that the cartridges are more like bottles are easy to fill, and the ink really does last a really long time. It’s really quick , and it doesn’t lose any quality. So in general, it’s a good quality printer with ink that lasts for a good long time and it’s pretty simple to set up.

Desk printer is absolutely amazing the quality off of the prints are excellent. The application to sync to your phone is super easy to do and everything works great the only reason why I give it a four star is because it’s a bit finicky at the beginning of the set up, but it’s absolutely worth every single penny.

I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a printer just for normal home use. After perusing through a few different stores and all the avaliable choices, I decided on this one. It's relatively easy to set up, drivers installed and your ready to print, scan and copy. Print quality is pretty good and you have an option as to what dpi (dots per inch) you want to use. The term "Tank" refers to the way it stores the ink. No more swapping out cartridges for the ink. I've only had this for a month and I'm happy with it.

Great printer. I did have trouble setting up the WiFi. Now have to figure out how to get back into set up mode. Might just let the Geek Squad do that!

First of all the Best Buy employee who assisted me was the most congenial, informative, personable kind and helpful young man I have ever had the pleasure to do business with and I am a senior citizen. He listened intently to what I needed and answered all my questions. He even made me laugh which brightened my day. He is truly an asset to your organization. Now, about the purchase. I love the printer. My only concern is that the plug in the back easily falls out. Other than that it was easy for this old lady to unpack, get it set up and it works perfectly.

Being so fristrated for decades with my last inkjet printer. Literally ink was gone ascsoon as i printed a test page and two other things. Finally decided to try the smart tank and it has been incredible! I can print wirelessly from my phone,chromebook,computer! My 16 year old was even able to quickly print off a resume from her phone for a ladt minute job interview. No problem ar all. Really wish i had bought this all the other times i bought replacement ink cartriges in the past. 100% recommend

It was easy to install. It works for printing school papers or documents for our business.

I am very happy with the product. It was easy to set up and functions as advertised. I put off getting a printer for a long while. Now I'm wondering why.
