This printer has been awesome so far. It prints very nicely and looks really good. I also love that it comes with so much ink. Feel like that’s the main downfall with printers is how small the ink cartridges are. I wish all printers were like this in terms of how large the ink tanks are.

Nice small printer with toner refill bottles. Easy set up and copies are very clear and colorful. I would highly recommend this printer who wants a nice home printer with out a lot of bells and whistles but has the necissities you would want from a printer.

I purchased this HP Smart Tank printer because it had "supertank" ink supply. I do a lot of printing and purchasing ink cartridges was gnawing at my budget. This HP - Smart Printer is a great value. My black tank has lasted for almost a year and the color tanks are still half full. What a savings!! I feel this was one of the most economic purchases I have made. Also of value was the help-line from HP although it was offered for only one year.

Purchased on sale, with a gift card, and utilizing a trade in of my nearly 10-year-old HP that finally quit working [$30 - thanks, Best Buy!] I had to print some documents for a Monday morning meeting, so I picked this up Saturday, and set it up in about 35 minutes using the online instructions. Connected quickly to my Wi-Fi, ink bottles filled their reservoirs quickly, print heads installed without any problems, ran a test page, set up the scanner, and I had my materials printed in less than 15 minutes after set up - and they looked GREAT! Granted, with all of the tape and "stuffing," it took about 10 minutes to get it plugged in, but the end result - the documents - looked fine. My only minute complaint is that the electrical cord isn't very secure into the printer, but some Alien Tape took care of that dilemma in a matter of seconds. I highly recommend this printer. Will come back with more information after some extensive use and printing photographs!

Frustrating! Although this printer prints well and the ink lasts forever which is why we bought it—it is extremely frustrating to use. It does not stay connected to our devices. Every time we want to print it take us 10 minutes to try to connect it to our phone or computer to get to print. Some times we have to switch devices just to get what we want printed. It has never worked right from day one.

Great printer, it hasn’t failed me even once. Since the purchase, I’ve already printed about 5 or 6 packs of paper, and the ink still hasn’t run out. Moreover, there’s still more than half left.

I like this printer. It is small and compact. Thankfully I'm not out having to buy expensive cartridges every other month. I will say that the paper trays are kind of flimsy and probably wouldn't take any rough handling without something breaking. But I'm very satisfied with the quality of my print and photos. Easy to set up.

Are you tired of replacing ink cartridges. This product will save you many trips to the store for ink. It comes with large bottles of ink and unlike ink cartridges you can physically see your ink levels. I have always wondered if there was any ink in that cartridge i was replacing….. This printer was easy to setup and it has an App for your phone to print from. How cool is that? The print quality is great and scans to your computer with a windows App. Best part is it is wireless so it can be placed anywhere. A very nice product.

From trade-in of my old printer to checkout was a very pleasant experience at Best Buy with the associates I had contact with. Setting up the printer was relatively easy although I did need to use a cable connection, which I had , to complete the setup. Filling the printer with ink was an easy task and knowing ink will not dry out will be great. Have been using wirelessly since 5/20 with no system disconnects unlike my old HP Envy. Quality of print has been excellant.

This printer was easy to set up. It printed quickly and dode to sided copies. It what I needed. The brand is one I've brought before and would recommend to others.

Prints nicely. But stopped connecting via wireless-go. Spent many hours with Geek Squad tech online trying to get it connected. Then spent more time with HP tech trying to get it connected. She finally gave up, said it was our internet provider , and rudely stopped our online chat without asking if I had more questions. I finally bought a cord to connect printer to computers. Too much trouble. Will not buy a wireless printer again!

There are hundreds of choices in printers these days so I went to Best Buy to talk to a real human being. The staff person I talked to was very knowledgeable and he helped me get the one I needed (and, remarkably, it was in stock and I brought it home with me). I needed to print something immediately so I was pleased that the set up was easy. Thanks to the man that waited on me.

Great print, easy setup and easy to use with air print!!

Printer is great. Prints are clear and crisp. Just with the picture software came with it. I love the ink tanks. Much better than replacing cartridges. Clean and easy to add ink! No mess. Also like that it prints both sides of the paper and loads from the front!

My HP 7602 printer is amazing. Set up was super easy. The print quality is beautiful. The price was very affordable.
