I recently replaced my old Canon Ink Jet with HP Smart Tank 6001 Wireless Ai Enabled Printer. I use this new printer for personal use at home. It is fast, easy to setup and use. The AI supported features are very helpful. The large ink tanks significantly reduce how soon I need to add new ink. It’s a great buy.

This is our first Hewlett-Packard printer with refillable ink,so far so good. The Printing is crisp and clean.

This is my 3rd HP Inkjet printer and it is a solid improvement over the previous (cheaper) versions. Wireless printing works flawlessly, set up was a breeze, instructions are easy to follow, and the print quality is great. I am not printing photos on high quality paper, so the bar isn't that high, but I am very pleased with this purchase and how the device is performing. I am using this printer a lot more often than the prior one.

Love this wireless printer! No more wires hanging all over the desk. Fast printing, I like the ink tanks with room for a lot more ink to last longer than our previous printer. Takes up little space on the desk! I like that it prints on both sides by just checking a box. Simple set up...very clear directions!

This printer works fine once you set it up correctly; I had to use the WPS button on my router for it to finally connect it to my wifi system. I've never had to refill the ink tanks, even after printing many photos. Be sure to purchase a Geek Squad warranty for it; this is actually the 3rd different one of the same model.

Really like the product. Setup was a breeze. I like the economic aspect with ink lasting for 2 years.

This printer was really easy to set up and connected to my devices easily. Prints great quality and fast too! Would definitely recommend if your looking to go to the ink tanks.

I absolutely love how I don't have to buy ink every month or 2!!! I purchased this in January 2024 and I just now (mid June 2025) had to add color ink for the first time and still have more than half the black ink left. I print very frequently as well. This has definitely been the best HP printer I have owned. Prints faster than any other I have had. The only issue I have had in the 1.5 years of owning it is papers often get jammed and can be a pain sometimes to get out.

Very easy to set up. Prints clear printouts and photos.

Took a while to get used to it but now I like it a lot. Easy to use. Plug is a little loose but as long as I don’t move it, it stays in the machine. Prints black and white and color pretty fast.

It is exactly what we were looking for, & works perfectly. Can print from our tablets & phones. Love it

HP makes good printers with usually easy set-up. Given the tiny touch screen it’s very difficult to choose an option. Supposedly this is people use cell phones more often to use printer. Secondly, plug and play is no longer an option—had to use on-line step by step support. This is *not* the same as HP talk or chat—which both aren’t helpful because they read the same information available on line. !! Once set-up printer works flawlessly and print is great quality. Smart Tank really lasts a long time and so much easier than cartridges. Also, print cartridges don’t try up and if they do the printer is still usable because HP has an easily replaced part.

I read a lot of reviews on this printer before making the purchase. I needed a specific sized printer to fit in my computer desk. I took a chance and made the purchase. I found that the positive reviews were accurate. The setup was straight forward and easy to follow. Loading the app was simple. The print quality is excellent. And I LOVE knowing that when the ink gets low, HP will send me ink automatically. This is a very good printer for home use.

Easy to use easy to setup prints good a good way to fill ink

Easy to set up. Good quality. Ink is easy to fill and refill bottles not too expensive. Only complaint is tiny digital interface on printer. Basically have to use app to control. So, anyone needing to use has to load app on their device.

At lease I will not run out of ink It is good enough!

This is a wonderful printer, but somewhat of a bear to install properly. I bought this printer primarily for scanning purposes since my old flatbed went south. After installing with the HP Smart app I tried everything to get it to scan to pdf files on my computer. It would only scan to a copy from the printer. After five days of trying all the options I finally got a real person on the phone and it turned out that the function to scan to files on my computer required that I establish an account on HP and be signed in. Seems like an unnecessary HP control requirement, but it will now scan finally to computer files.

Does everything I need it to. HP smart app is actually useful and not just wasted space on my system. No complaints so far, also comes with a lot of ink that will last me a long time
