Love this printer, its better than all the other ones we had. Easy to set up and the inks works great. Picked this one because no ink cartridges and holds more paper to print. Highly recommend this product.

It prints very well and I like that with WI-FI you don’t need a cable. Looks like the ink will last pretty long. How ever, for some reason, it won’t sync with my iPad. Oh, well.

High quality printing at a reasonable price! We use this printer in our real estate business and have been very happy with the speed and quality of print as well as how long the ink lasts! The only issue we have had is getting it back online if WiFi drops or it gets kicked off. Once you understand how to re-connect it you’re fine.

    Never going back to Carts

I didn't know these existed. I always had those scammy cart printers that run out after like, 50 colored pages. After five months, I'm still using the same ink that came with my printer, I print a ton of color pages for dnd, so many pdf manuals and pawns, I still have plenty of ink left. Highly recommend if you're tired of paying $60 for overpriced ink carts that run out too fast. Since it's liquid, the printer doesn't know you buy 3rd party, there's a full color set on amazon for $25 when you need a refill.

After reading other reviews after receiving the printer is download the software, go to the HP website, the instructions are straight forward. After 20 minutes of setup time I printed from two different cellphones and a Lenovo computer. You might have a problem with Windows 7 OS! Really an OS that is over 15 years old. It is not a Laser but an Inkjet but the items I printed I could use for a resume. Also no it does not have a fax! A fax! I imagine there are still fax machines in use but seriously PDF your documents, attach and send over email or something comparable but not a fax. It will save tons of money on printer ink and it to less than 2 minutes to fill all 4 printer ink wells...but it not to expensive and not to cheap.

I had a previous model from HP, so I decided to upgraded keeping the smart tank and I don’t regret it. Installation was super easy, friendly and well explained using the QR code. This guided you throughout the installation process. It prints fast and is very easy to use. I strongly suggest to download the HP smart app. So far very good and reliable printer.

Good printer with minor quirks. Good value for the cost. Easy to setup, as long as you are willing to use HPs Smart App (I could not find a way to install or use this without it). Huge print tanks are a plus. A few minor issues: This printer disconnects itself from the wifi network frequently. Must reboot or cycle wifi button (on printer) to fix. Paper jams more frequently than the older HP model that this replaced. Overall good printer. I would purchase again.

The HP Smart Tank 6001 Wireless All-In-One Supertank Inkjet Printer is a solid choice for home or small office use, especially for those who print frequently and want to save on ink costs. The supertank design is a standout, offering up to 8,000 color pages or 6,000 black pages with the included ink, which HP claims lasts up to two years for typical use. Refilling with HP 32XL Black and HP 31 CMY ink bottles (priced around $18-$19 each) is economical, with a low cost per page (0.4 cents for black, 1.7 cents for color). This is a game-changer for high-volume printing compared to traditional cartridge-based printers The HP Smart Tank 6001 is a great value for budget-conscious users who need a reliable all-in-one for high-volume printing, scanning, and copying. Its supertank system and low running costs (estimated $3/year after initial ink) make it ideal for families or small offices.

The printer works wonderfully once paired to your devices, i have it paired with my laptop and phone. The process of pairing is what makes you want to pull your hair out and took over 2 hours. If you can get passed that the printer is great.

I wanted to 100% love this printer and I do like it but…I don’t like that you can’t print multiple pictures on one page. You are limited to one item and it’s sad because you can adjust size and orientation of photo but you can’t add multiple which is a real downside. The printer is great on ink, you are not spending a weeks pay to print anymore, so that is good. The quality is good but on my other HP printer the quality was great but again you are only paying a fraction of what you did on ink. So all and all for everyday printing it’s great

Have been using the printer for a trouble-free six months. Had one question/problem for Customer Support and they were quite reluctant to help. That is a real downer for me. I try to print at least once a week and have used very little ink. It would not be the first choise for photos but okay for an occasional print. Very easy to install [I used Option 1], and I like the HP Smart app on my laptop.

Two Years of Included Ink - Not So Much!

I chose this printer to start using bottled ink with the thought that it would be less expensive than traditional ink. The printer information indicates that it has up to two years of ink included. I've had only one color print job of about 50 labels and the same number of invitations that were not full color and about a third of the ink has been used...so two years seems highly unlikely! I do like the footprint and it was very easy to set up so only 4 of five stars!

This printer has been awesome so far. It prints very nicely and looks really good. I also love that it comes with so much ink. Feel like that’s the main downfall with printers is how small the ink cartridges are. I wish all printers were like this in terms of how large the ink tanks are.

Biught printer from Best Buy as ae have had good experiences w/ them. Got printerhom , unpacked and tried to start. Printer powered up fine and printed demo sheets; but could not get it to find WiFi. Called Best Buy and the best they could do is "bring itback to store". Not a god option for us as we have mobility issues - walkers et al. They then offered a home tech appt for$125. We took it for 4 days later. Techs arrived ontime and spent next hour getting printer to hook up to WiFi and print. It hasbeen working fine once online. Best Buy and HP are favorite vendors of computers, etc and will remain so. I do not know why difficulty w/ this printer- but am a computer nerd . Will no better next time.
