Learning curve to set-up and operation can be problematic. Must go online for detailed instructions. Ink supply size a substantial improvement. Print quality is good.

Somewhat easy to set up. I wish instructions were clearer. Accessing my home wi-fi took some time. Seems to work well now that it is set up. I preferred some of the previous HP software as it was easier to use.

Was a bit confusing to set up without Ethernet connection (we had a house fire) spent almost 3 hours between 2 phone calls to get it up and running. Support was great. Quality is very good. Pleased overall.

Nice printer. Works as promised. Setup was relatively easy if you follow the instructions precisely and take your time. Color and B/W output is very nice. Printed a picture on plain paper and it was sharp and clean.

I've only been using my HP-Smart Tank 7301 for about a month now, but so far it's working great. I've used HP printers exclusively for many years and love them. I like the idea of the bottled ink for this printer and appreciate the large paper tray. The printer was easy to set up to my wifi network. Very pleased!

Set up was super easy. As a Total Tech customer, it was my intention to have the Geek Squad set up the printer but due to staff shortages and my immediate need, I followed the HP tutorial and was so surprised at the easy installation. Putting the ink and the cartridges in was a breeze. Makes great copies. Would definitely recommend this printer to others

Not really user friendly. Instructions to connect to wifi not clear and I failed. Called in the geek squad and the knew how to get additional instructions, not covered in material. The added process set up wifi in about 3 minutes.

This printer is perfect! I was looking for a tank printer and ALWAYS buy HP. It arrived quickly and was a breeze to set up. It prints better than any other printer I've owned or used. I'm very happy with everything about this printer. I've recommended it to a couple of other people who were looking for new printers.

Great printer, instructions were easy to read, making it easy to set up the printer. The mobile App is a plus, and a must have. Like the fact that it uses non ink cartridges, and that they last as long as they do. Also convinient that you can order replacement ink online, or set up auto deliver.

Tried to add this brand new printer to multiple computers, and phones, and none could find and add it. I had multiple employees try as well, and even computer tech at the company, but no joy. I took it to best buy geek squad, but they are not allowed to add a printer to a computer due to virus possibilities. Best buy returned it with no issues. Im hapoybwith best best, but disappointed with this model. The smart tank 600 models are not available anymore, but worked great. This 700 series isnt a better option. Unfortunately, we will most likely buy the 800 series as we like the design of the 600 series, amd it always workes great.
