Was difficult to get it to connect to our computer but Geek Squad came to the rescue- twice!

New to the supertank system, Printer prints great, wireless hook up was seamless even after a power outage, everything reset itself perfectly.

We were skeptical, but this is a fabulous printer. Crisp B and W and great colors. Interested to see how long the ink actually lasts, but eager not to buy all those cartridges. We've always liked HP and glad to grow with them to the next generation of printers.

Works great! I print a good amount, wish I had found this printer sooner. I am saving so much money on ink cartridges.

This printer is a workhorse. Price tag is steep, but worth it. Printer pays for itself with the seemingly never ending ink supply. I use this printer several times daily at my office. In fact, I prefer this printer over our $5k Konica Minolta Bizhub.

Purchased this to replace an Eco Tank printer. Had issues with the Eco Tank staying connected to WiFi. The HP stays connected with no issues. In addition the print quality and speed of printing is superior to the Eco Tank. Very happy with this purchase.

Once you get it set up its an awesome printer but not as easy to set up as they said in the store. Also very hard to use to make copies and scan documents. I thought this would be a lot easier to use. I bought it to print my photography but the color doesnt come out the way it shows on my computer. Hoping i will get a better hang of it

If you need a combination scanner printer, this would be the choice. It meets our needs for printer and scanning and I hope that using the tank type will save the cost of in refills. Easy to set up and use across two private networks in our house.

We purchased this as a replacement for a HP printer that we had for over 10 years. We wanted to try a tank printer to get away from expensive cartridges. So far we are pleased. The print quality is good and the ink is easy to install.

I've had this printer about a month now and it works great. Print quality is good. I have not printed photos yet. The only gig is you have to use the phone app to set this printer up.

At the beginning I was very deceptively that this printer will work good, but I was amazed how clear is the quality of the print. I can not believe that I will not to buy expensive inc for at least 2 years!!! Advise: buy them while they last

This is a new type of copier/printer with a tank for ink. So far so good. My main reason for this was to reduce the cartridges but come to find out that there are a couple besides the tanks. Plus I wanted to scan more than one page.

High quality. Easy setup. I like the tanks better than cartridges because they are far more reliable and easier install (they're already installed!).

This printer replaced an older one that had suddenly stopped working. Setup was very quick, adding to my home network was even easier and printing is super quick

This printer was pretty easy to setup following an online video, and it has worked flawlessly. It will not need any ink for sometime, another plus. Recommended.

Store Pick-up of item went smoothly, and the associate was professional and courteous. The printer works great so far and prints are awesome.

I like the fact that it’s very easy and fast to setup if you have WiFi. I also like the fact that I can use my iPhone to send fax copy documents from my phone and from anywhere.

This is a great printer except for the wifi connectivity. Print quality is great but I've had a lot of trouble keeping the wifi connected and up. I've seen other review with the same issue. Too bad. Other than that it's very good. I love the tank feature.
