Great printer, however, replacement ink is not available in my local Best Buy store where I purchased the printer. If you are going to sell a product that requires ink or other supplies I would think that you would sell the supporting supplies. I had to go to a competitor of yours here in my area to get the replacement ink.

I haven't had the printer long enough to rate it just yet but bought the printer around mid day expecting it to be delivered in the next few days. Less than 2 hours the printer was on my front porch, so how could I give it anything other than a 5 star rating

Printer works great. The software works with all of our device and home network wirelessly. Easy set-up. More control of printing vs Epson Eco Tank. Printing is easy. The con is it is a little more expensive than the Epson. It works!!!! Does not take 2 hours to get anything to print like Epson.

Hp Smart App for printing is unusable because it does not print as it is directed or as shown on the app.

Prints good but got a jam during duplex printing. Its a printer that I purchased to work for my Church

So far so good!!!! there should be a manual sold with it not just a set-up information but how to fax/copy etc

Holds 250 sheets of paper, scans, copies and is wireless. FINALLY no expensive cartridges to buy. The printer is pricey but comes with a significant amount of ink. No more small trial cartridges. I have owned HP printers that have failed but so far this one a nice change.

Do not buy this piece of trash. It will be great for a few months and then the wifi will stop connecting, then it will start back, then stop again..After an entire day on the phone with tech support they couldnt fix it and wanted me to try once more with tech support before even talking about replacing it. Then while I was talking to a manager, with nothing happening on my computer, it just started working again.

Compact design, performs as stated. Very happy with printer

So far, very effective and efficient wireless printer I've used! Has not given me any problems whatsoever up until now.

Is not user friendly. Once you figure out how to work it it’s a great printer.

I found the printer more difficult to set up than other printers I have had. I wish the control panel had a backlight for easier reading.

It's good, it works well, the ink is efficient. The only detail is that the wireless connection is frequently lost. You have to reconnect or reinstall

It is a good printer but the set up and accessing the features needs to be more simple.

preferred Epson printer, easier on amount of ink used

Everything is great except the speed of printing (but I am getting used to it...

Too hard to use always needing to reload it yo my two computers and phone not sure why

So far so good. Am getting used to the new technology. Managing the printer from the computer is taking a little time to master, but it's doable. Not having to stock ink cartridges is a plus. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.

This is the best way to go, I love my new printer and the liquid ink

The perfect printer for my needs. I had a specific space allotted for a printer and this one was perfect. It fit easily, does a great job of meeting my needs and I like the way you add ink.
