Love the printer. The hinges on the flatbed scanner are weak and subject to breakage. Treat the unit with care. I've had to use the the "universal reset (unplug the device)" when it doesn't boot up with the system. The print quality is great.

My previous HP printer decided to bite the dust, so I decided to get a printer with ink tanks. So far, the printer is working well. It prints wonderfully from my smart phone and computer. I haven’t tried a bulk printing load yet, but I have no doubt it will handle the job.

Easy to operate and love the screen. Ink last the longest i ever seen. Amazing!

This machine does a lot of printer, scan, and copy functions once you learn how to do them. It would be good if they had a user manual that described all the functionality without having to search online for the info. Set up of the machine was fairly simple and explained well.

While setup was not seamless (had to remove and reinstall hp app several times), printer function is exceptional. WiFi connection is stable, print quality and speed are great. I like the paper tray and it’s capacity. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase.

This is one printer I'm glad to have purchased, previous printers were extremely difficult to setup, while this printer took more than a little extra, I'm thinking that's due to it being so new and the setup menu wasn't finalized, after setup, everything is fine, with the new ink refill system, it should cost far less to maintain in the future.

Great printer for home office. Fast, quiet and great quality print.

Was difficult to set up paid a service and it is still not right for scanning. I like the ink set up - an improvement. Doesn't hold as much paper and isn't as fast as my old HP. All in all adequate but a step down from the old machine.
