I recently purchased the HP Smart Tank 7602 Wireless All-In-One Supertank Inkjet Printer in Dark Surf Blue, and I am genuinely impressed with its performance. The setup was straightforward, thanks to the smart-guided lighting that made the process intuitive. The magic touch panel is sleek and responsive, adding to the overall modern feel of the device. The 35-sheet auto document feeder and 250-sheet input tray are incredibly convenient for handling large print jobs without constant reloading. The flatbed scanner delivers clear, high-resolution scans, while the borderless printing feature produces stunning, professional-quality photos. One of my favorite features is the low-on-ink sensor, which helps avoid unexpected ink shortages. The front USB port adds to the printer’s versatility, making it easy to print directly from a USB device. In terms of value, quality, and ease of use, I would rate this printer as “Good” across the board. It’s efficient, user-friendly, and offers great value for its price. I highly recommend the HP Smart Tank 7602 for both home and office use.

    HP Winner again

I was debating on whether to buy an Epson or HP ink tank printer after using expensive cartridges on a 8 year old HP photo smart. I have read hundreds of reviews and watched videos till I couldn't keep my eyes open. Bad and good on both name brands. I have always been a HP person and was willing to give Epson a crack. Well, two things helped me make my choice. With all the commercials, Shaq didn't really do much to sell the product for me. I felt like he didn't really believe in the product. But... the Epson felt like cheap and I mean really cheap plastic construction. Mattel toys were built better. So, I got the HP. So far no at all. Followed hook up and installation by the book and it was perfect.. I did have to ask HP support for help with printing color photos using Adobe Photoshop and that went quickly and smoothly. No problem turning it off and on. WiFi stays connected. Really pleased.

I am not tech savy person. This printer was very easy to setup and ink was very easy to load - not messy at all. The quality of print was very good and it was very speedy. The printer was small enough to fit in the area that we had. We had other HP printers and very happy with them but I think I like this one the best. It was a good buy for us.

Beautiful quality (returned an Epson because the print colors were so inferior). Easy setup. Love it, just as I loved my previous HP.

I wanted a printer that didn't use cartridgers and started with an Epson. Within one week a part fell off that prevented the printer to work and it was very loud. I decided on the HP and am very happy. The quality of the prints is great and it is very quiet. The only reason for not a 5 star is the limited copying choices.

So far so good. For me it’s about getting it done. I’m at home and retired. I don’t have many needs. The occasional spreadsheet or email. Comparison shopping and lists. Photos are important but I haven’t printed any yet. Love the canister ink. Supposed to last a year. I’m encouraged not to have to replace constantly. The only grump I have is that there is no on/off. The control is touch /scroll <> and viewed from the top so I have to stand up to look down to view it because of where it is placed (on my desk). It remains in the default to print so that’s just fine. Large capacity paper tray makes it bulky but I had room for it between our two desks.

I have had several printers in the past and this is by far the easiest printer to set-up and start using. Print quality is smooth and very clean. Printer is quiet and doesn't violently shake my table like the older ones. This is going to be a great addition to my small business!

I would say that this HP Smart Tank is really smart printer. What I like about it, that once you connect/put this on your wifi network then things become very easy. To setup you must be a little bit of tech savvy to properly set up. First thing you need to do is install the app then things become easy. Basically app connects the printer to the home wifi and guides you step by step process. UserGuide instructions are minimal and for the app set up. Fill the ink, print the alignment page and scan it. Printer is ready to work. Printing speed is okay, it would have been great if it could be a faster. Quality is as expected from HP, nice and clean. Scanning and copy functions are flatbed as well as from the document fader also. Quality is sharp. I was impressed with the feature that you can get the scanned document directly on the phone within the app. scan image/documents are editable. Cons: Setup is a bit tech savvy. paper holding capacity is small, Speed could have need fast. No photo printing option.
