One problem I have, and may need to call on, is every so often it calls for me to reset the print cartridge. You have to open the main door, then the cartridge door and just reset. Only takes about 10 seconds. It is a pain in the butt but I truly love this printer

Would have never purchased this if I had known that as I scan a lot of double-sided documents as well as prefer to print on both sides.

Not a fast printer, but decent quality.

It's not a high speed printer, but it does thre job for my home and small business. A little pricey, but the savings on the ink will catch up eventually. Bottles of replacement ink are only about $15 instead of buying a $40-$60 cartridge.

Things I like are the 6,000-8,000 pages I should get out of one full filling of the four tanks. It was easy to do and zero mess. It totally wireless an when you set it up in the beginning other printers work thru your home network to print. No real setup for each new printer working in the house. The printer is small enough to fit nicely on a desk. To run all four print options my old printer was 2x larger. This is small compare to the old one. Everything is working fine and I am very happy.
