I’ve been using the HP Smart Tank printer for a few months now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best investments I’ve made for my home office. The setup was incredibly simple—HP’s step-by-step instructions made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The print quality is outstanding, whether I'm printing documents or full-color photos. Text is crisp, colors are vibrant, and there’s zero smudging. But the real game-changer is the ink system. The refillable tanks are super easy to use, and the included ink bottles lasted me way longer than I expected—I've already printed hundreds of pages and still haven’t run out! It also connects seamlessly to Wi-Fi and works great with the HP Smart app. I can print from my phone in seconds, which is a huge convenience. Plus, it's surprisingly quiet and fast for such a compact machine. If you’re tired of constantly replacing cartridges or dealing with unreliable printers, this is the one to get. HP nailed it with this Smart Tank series!

All works as described, everything looks very good. Printing and scanning are both good.

The set up of this printer was very intuitive and straight forward. I couldn't give it a 5 star because it occasionally goes offline on it's own and will not print during this time. I have been able to work around the issue by turning the printer off and on. Other than this one issue, I love the printer.

Meets my needs of limited print jobs. If higher demand, would be too slow. Quality print jobs.

Compact and efficient, but difficult to keep connected on wireless. Also will lose connection overnight.

Setup was pretty easy. I found out that others problems with getting it to print right away had to do with popping down of the weird looking blue thing that goes on top of the two inserted cartridges inside the printer. Once I thought it wasn't working when i send a print job as it displayed on my laptop that it wasn't connected to it, but it printed after all, just give it a minute to process. It appears a lot slimmer than my old printer and is very easy on the eyes. I haven't used all of the functions yet but it seems to be going pretty well.

So far this is a great buy I was a little skeptical when I originally bought it but I’m impressed with it. I have done a great deal of printing since buying and setting it up and according to the tank I haven’t even made a dent in the ink we will see if the tank lasts two years like they advertise at Best Buy

Like the fact that the ink is 2 years, and it's all-in-one haven't had no problems.

An excellent printer. Very easy to use and the copies come out clear.

Recent purchase but - Works well no problems one error on cartridge but backed up and it cleared. So so far so good and that’s lots better than usual even at this point

So far I am really enjoying this printer and its capabilities. It was easy to install and get running. The inks were also easy to load. I love being able to print from my phone. The speed is good for being the only user.

I purchased this printer for my home based business. I print black & white, but also print in color. The set up is easy enough. The print quality is good, I like the he SmartTank feature. It’s not noisy. I would have been happy with it, but Then I realized that it doesn’t offer duplex printing, which is a must for me. I returned it.
