This is a preliminary report on the printer, as I’ve had it less than a month. I’ve printed out several long documents in that time, and it’s worked flawlessly. The docs had minimal color content, but those seemed to print out well with multi purpose paper. Everything was seamless, no obvious “seams” in images or text. The scanner works very well too - just remember to put the content face up in the automatic sheet feeder, lol!

A fairly decent home printer. Easy set-up. Like the fact that it will use less ink in comparison to cartridge printers. Had a jam in the printer and cleared it. Tried to shut down the printer and would not shut down. Had to unplug the device to clear out the error message on the console panel. Then got a warning that shutting down the device not using the on/off button may cause damage to the printer. What are you suppose to do if the on/off button isn't responding? I did try multiple times with no luck so that is why I resorted to unplugging it. Other than that, so far has been a decent printer. Print quality is good.

Printer is easy to set up—including the mobile app and online for my computer. Prints come out clean. I like the fact that I don’t have to worry about ink cartridges running dry since I only print sporadically.

Easy set up, easy to use clear. It’s very quite, love the liquid ink rather than the old cartridges.

works really well. i like the liquid bottles a lot better than cartridges and they last alot longer also. Better than cartrides as far as quality also.

This printer is easy to use. The print quality is great.

I upgraded from an HP Inkjet. I got too tired paying for the cartridges. This is very similar to what I had. I needed to be able to print on both sides automatically and I needed a flash drive port. It's a little more pricey upfront than my old inkjet,but it should quickly pay for itself on savings from ink. One little nitpick: getting the printer heads in is a little tricky.

Easy to install and use via hardline or WiFi. Does not have paper tray- did not check prior to purchase. Easy fill tanks are nice. Unit prints quietly.

Outstanding product for the price! I print a WIDE variety of different items, and have found that my HP printer can handle just about any type of paper with high quality! Even photos print beautifully. And the best part? It's more than one year since I purchased and haven't had to buy any ink cartridges!

Compact and efficient, but difficult to keep connected on wireless. Also will lose connection overnight.

Minimal instructions and difficult to setup. Once I got it working, it is easy to use and prints, copies and scans great

I am very pleased with the printer. It was very easy to set up and the printing is very high quality. I was concerned with the possible mess of using the containers for filling the ink cartridges, but the system is easy to do and there was no mess at all.

The HP Smart Plus Printer makes very clear, sharp and where asked wonderful color copies. The printer is quiet and works quickly and efficiently.
