I absolutely LOVE my new printer. I have used all of the features fax, copy, print, and I even printed off pictures. I was skeptical at first about making the purchase because my face it. It has a nice price tag but I PROMISE you it is worth every penny.!!

Setup required assistance by a company, outside of Best buy. They tried to charge me, over $200, and did not want to provide a detailed report if their work.

I needed a new printer and wanted to get away from the cartridges that never lasted very long, so buying new ink was getting pricey! This new machine has everything I wanted, plenty of ink (2 years supply) no cartridges to constantly replace, two sided printing, auto feed, fax,scan and speed. I highly recommend!

Excellent salesman. The sim card was not in the box and we were not aware that it was a "must have" to use tge printer. Went back to the store and our salesman explained everything and obtained a card for us. Printer works great.

This fits on our table and it took a min to get it set up but it works great.

This is a nice printer, connected quickly and prints well. It would be nice if it held more paper. I do recommend this for a home office.

Purchased because of the ink cartridges. My old printer would dry up without frequent use. The print quality is good on this, but haven't had great results with photos.

Basically, a good printer. Easy to set up, and print quality appears good, but I didn't realize that you had to manually flip the paper in order to print on both sides of the paper. I should have done more research before purchasing.

I was looking for a printer for quite some time. This printer is the perfect printer for me. It prints well and clear, especially in color. The colors come out rich and real, Not too noisy when printing. Does not shake when I print as ;my other printer did. Happy with it.

Great printer so far. The setup was very easy and connected to my wifi immediately.

I bought this printer for a summer camp I run and also for my therapy office. So far, it has only been used at camp. It is replacing a Lexmark printer that cost over $400 and stopped working in just over a year. So far, so good. It prints easily and wasn't too difficult to set up. I like that you can print easily from any device. Not sure about the ink. How long will it last? Only time will tell.

I love the printer except for one thing. You either have to be all hard-wired or all wireless to communicate. Also, from time to time even when connected to the same wireless network the printer is not accessible.

Not a bad printer. It is a little hard to set up with open source (linux) if you have it. But I got it going and it works fine.

I purchased this printer after my Epson just quit printing anything black. It was easy to set up and connect my devices to through by Wi-Fi. I haven't printed anything in terms of photos to see the quality, but for documents it is clean and surpasses my expectations for my home office. I also liked when setting the printer up after powering it up, it had video options if needed for anyone that might experience some complications from it.

Easy to set up, and an outstanding print quality. The only negative is that it prints on one side, but that i an easy work around and worth the savings.

I really like my new printer. The only downsides, I was unable to get my wireless working and the two sided printing doesn't quite work the way it says.

I followed the directions to set it up, and it worked properly the first time! The large tanks give me hope that I won’t run into the big issue that small cartridge printers have…a low color cartridge stops black and white printing!! (Picture angry emoji here!)

It has performed perfectly. Great color copies. The only downside is it does not print on both sides of the page which I do miss getting a 2 page document onto 1 page. (I didn't realize it when I bought it.)
