Bought the 2024 version 32gb with 2T storage. Overall decent product. Its fast and is able to handle multiple applications at once. However, there are many times where the taskbar area is unresponsive. And many times when using microsoft word or pdf, the apps starts reloading for no reason and after a few reloads it crashes. I have read alot of good reviews however that was just my experience.

Good value when it’s on sale, wouldn’t recommend at full price. But a nice value for the sale price and size. Just know it’s limited on ports and you’ll need an adapter for adding multiple accessories.

A very nice laptop. When running in max performance, it gets a bit hot on the bottom. The screen is beautiful overall, a very stylish machine. Should be a productive tool for several years.

Great laptop that is about as perfect as one can expect. Everything about it exudes high quality and the battery is pretty good considering it’s not an ARM processor. It can run XBox Games Pass and any Windows programs. Windows 11 is also nice for me as it has a lot of helpful features that I am still exploring. The 2-in-1 functionality and touch screen are great too. Highly recommended if you want a Windows laptop. Make sure you update the firmware after getting it as it helped make the trackpad more stable.

This product has been great so far, its fast and the screen is good, although battery life is lacking.

Nice laptop but could be better. When I purchased this I was told it was upgradeable to 64gb of ram and up to 8tb of storage. Well that turned out to be false. 32gb ram and 2tb of storage is the max. Nothing upgradeable at all which has become way to common now days. When you spend that kind of money on a laptop the consumer should have the option to do some upgrades on their own if they so choose. It's not Best Buy's fault, its the manufactures of these laptops. They all do it now and taken any options out of the hands of the consumers.

Laptop works well. Runs smooth and has all that a college student would need.

The HP Spectre 2 provides crisp performance in sleek deign. The system came right up and I had virus protection nad wireless up in a jiffy. Great product!

All around great laptop when ON SALE. Do not buy this at full price! Also, took a star off since you won't get the HP Pen and bag with the BestBuy model. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a solid MacBook air replacement that can do a little gaming on the side when the intel drivers are up to date.

I really enjoy this powerful but light weight computer it was easy to use thanks to the geek squad. My eyes are getting worse but I was able to use plus I really got a great deal!
