This laptop is such a joy to use!!! The screen, the color, the battery life; chef’s kiss!!! Beautiful display and I’m in love. I will never get rid of this laptop ever!

Only negative is they removed the calculator function on the keyboard!!!

So far, the computer is as advertised. Great speed and display screen. Waiting to see how it performs when I start using my video editing software. Highly recommended for the price and features!

Purchased this laptop on sale for my college freshman majoring in Engineering. I wanted a laptop that wouldn’t be outdated in a year or two but needed to keep it affordable. This laptop was one of the few that met the minimum requirements provided by school, and in many aspects exceeded them. I also shared the specs with colleagues in IT prior to purchasing and they said it was a great value for the price. My son is happy with happy with it too.

Superfast computer. I bought one for the office and two months later bought another for home....best in both worlds!

The previous edition of the laptop, liked where the power button was, this edition is not so well placed as its next to the delete button, it would of been a five otherwise.

I went to Best Buy anticipating buying the HP Transcend 14 but from just playing around with the floor models and talking to the helpful Best Buy employees, i somehow landed on buying this bad boy and I was excited. Out of the box this thing was slow. It lagged whenever i even touched the screen while say youtube was playing. The Wi-Fi download speeds were super slow. I have a work laptop, and ROG Ally, a macbook air and ipads and i can verify my download speeds are not slow but downloading the same apps i downloaded numerois times on my other PC’s were so slow on my unit. Even steam games were noticeably slower to load than even my ROG Ally. The front facing camera in all of its 9 megapixel glory had initially failed to impress me vs the camera on my Macbook Air, but after choosing 4k resolution and using a ring light, I would say the camera was very legit after some tweaking. Same with the sound, initially isnt as good as my macbook air which would normally be very sad considering the size difference but after tweaking with the sound settings for a bit, it did start to sound good, but not as good as my macbook. Gaming was great with the built in RTX 4050 which is ridiculous to have in a laptop like this but hence the price. OLED screen is great at this size. Overall though at this price point i expected better especially when conparing it to much lesser valued products that simply outshine the features of the expensive masterpiece. It felt like my laptop was undervolted or the power was being held back, because for having the latest and greatest intel processors, my laptop lagged more than my smaller older HP Spectre x360 that was bought in 2015. I dont get it. I ended up returning this due to not justifying rhe pricepoint with a very laggy experience.

This is one of the best upgrades I have had. Not only does it run fast, but I don't run out of storage. I love the tablet feature for school. I use this feature for my math class.

Like the computer, wish it had a 2T ssd and really miss the adding machine keyboard on the side. Spectra done cut down on some of the bells and whistles that were on previous models such as trim, screen pen and soft case.

Good overall performance. Except it is not anti-glare screen.

So far its pretty good. I wish it had another usb port and a numeric pad.

Great laptop for everything, watching playing or work

Everything I wanted and more and a laptop for work. The options, the flexibility and the clarity in the screen, it's amazing

Fast and quick easy set up. Clear and bright screen.

Overall good computer so far. Very fast processing and good storage capacity. The only reason this wasn't a 5-star was the location of the charging port. It is not along a straight surface, it is at an angle on the back corner of the unit. I'm concerned the charging cable will get knocked and the port damaged. It hasn't happened yet but it's my one concern. Otherwise a beautiful machine.
