    Outstanding little computer! I love it! Was able to load this up with multiple photoediting products as well as drop box, one drive and specialized programs. Lovely!

    only had it for for 5 days and it would not charge. Geek Squad tested the charger and seems defective. A new on was ordered for HP. The current charger gets really hot. I have managed to charge the computer, put have to not touch it and I have to check frequently to make sure it is still charging because it becomes disconnect on its own. }i{

    a wonderful pc. lightning fast, great memory, storage, and download. It was a perfect upgrade from my previous pc and helps me get all of my work done in quick fashion. I highly recommend it.

    My new HP Spectre 2 in 1 16" OLED Touch Screen Laptop is worth the extra money. It is everything I had hoped for - well - except I still must use an external microphone for zoom meetings. But the camera is great!

    I am happy with the laptop I received. The low rating is 100% my interactions with the store and the company as a whole. I am a District manager for a retail organization, and would be embarrassed if one of my guests had a similar experience. Your team members need problem solving training. The apathy shown by the team in store was so disappointing. I have been sharing with as many people professionally and personally as I can to avoid purchasing from Best Buy. You don’t care about your customers…as long as you for that sale. I will never shop with you all again.

    I bought a HP Spectrum in 2017 from Best Buy and it operated trouble free until I spilled coffee on it. It still works as a tablet. The speed of solid state is unbelievable.

    The new HP Spectre 360 2in1 laptop is lightweight, sleek, and powerful. Adding and using software has so far been effortless. The graphics are nice. The good news is there still is an HDMI port for easy connect to a external monitor/TV, but only one USB-A and one USB-CWhich can be restrictive if you need to charge the laptop. It seemed less expensive than other similar top end laptops.
