Amazing and powerful laptop! Perfect for designing and graphics

My new HP Spectre 2 in 1 16" OLED Touch Screen Laptop is worth the extra money. It is everything I had hoped for - well - except I still must use an external microphone for zoom meetings. But the camera is great!

I bought a HP Spectrum in 2017 from Best Buy and it operated trouble free until I spilled coffee on it. It still works as a tablet. The speed of solid state is unbelievable.

I LOVE this laptop. Sleek design. Touch-Screen works great. The Co-Pilot AI is an amazing feature. I do wish it had a little bit better battery life, but all things considered, I would recommend this to anyone.

Solid product. A great workhorse for the workload.

Love it easy to use light big screen using it for business

It is doing everything we needed, especially with Windows 11.

"Offers gameplay at max settings" Copied and pasted that right from the description of the laptop. I tried to play Tekken 8, but I can barely play it under the lowest of settings. DOA 6 won't even run, and that's a six year old game. Hell Divers 2 also won't run properly no matter how much I tweak the settings. My $400 Steamdeck does a better job of running these games. Tekken will run fine for about two minutes, then everything turns to ultra slow motion. Same for DOA 6 and Hell Divers 2. I checked my laptop's power settings, and they're all set to "Game Mode". Tried troubleshooting for days, but nothing will make any game run properly. And if you're wondering why I purchased this laptop instead of a game specific laptop, it's because I do a lot of visual effects work, so the display and touch screen are nice, and I figured the "Offers gameplay at max settings" statement would be relatively accurate. I guess they didn't mention which games.

My son loves the computer. But he would not recommend it for gaming .

I am happy with the laptop I received. The low rating is 100% my interactions with the store and the company as a whole. I am a District manager for a retail organization, and would be embarrassed if one of my guests had a similar experience. Your team members need problem solving training. The apathy shown by the team in store was so disappointing. I have been sharing with as many people professionally and personally as I can to avoid purchasing from Best Buy. You don’t care about your customers…as long as you for that sale. I will never shop with you all again.

The packaging was good to start with and the laptop itself is great.

Stumbled upon this happy accident when searching for a laptop last minute. It was in "Fair" condition and was pleasantly surprised that nothing was wrong with it.

Great laptop. Pro-tip: set it up without a Microsoft account and avoid all the bloatware / account garbage.

So far it is working great. Only issue I have is they changed the function keys from what I am use to and removed some dedicated ones that I use often, like page up/down, end/home, prt scn...

I ended up returning it. I wanted to like it, because it’s overall a very powerful and nice looking laptop, but it had issues right out of the box. It kept randomly locking up and shutting off. HP support was completely unhelpful and just told me to install some optional updates that did nothing to fix it. Apparently this is a known problem with this model and I found lots of other people online complaining about the same issue and having no solution for it. A brand new laptop, especially one THIS expensive, shouldn’t be broken right out of the box!!! Unacceptable.

Keyboard is too close to screen if you have large hands. Your hands will hit the screen if you type too fast and throw you to another screen. Also, no side keypad for numbers is an issue and I had to buy a Bluetooth numbers keypad to put next to the laptop

I replaced a 4 year old HP Spectre with the newest model and couldn't be happier. As a Realtor, I love the folding screen to use for presentations with my clients. It's a sleek looking laptop and has so many new AI features.

Good laptop, great for gaming, movies, and all of my school work. The webcam is great too. Only downside is that the speakers are not the best quality.
