This is an excellent product.. Easy to maneuver through directions to operate the product. It looks super cool and I love the case and pen that with the laptop. The battery life is superb, the keys are smooth and very easy to use. I love it I’d recommend the HP Spectre for sixth graders to college to anyone to use..

I love my new HP Spectre touch-screen laptop. Looks nice, easy to use, great clarity associated with display and light-weight. Much faster and more capable than my previous HP laptop. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Absolutely love this laptop. Its fast, has long battery life, and the screen looks great. Only thing I don't like is not being able to adjust the time on the keyboard backlighting

This laptop has all thw features i was looking for and more. Touch screen and all its bonuses, long battery life, large HD and oh so much RAM. I only needed a laptop for basic computing but now I can do so muc more. The bonus was that it was on sale !

BestBuy Is Your Best Choice! This should be the stores moto. BestBuy is very easy to do business with. I purchased a LG Washer/Dryer front loader. It is a Consumers Report recommended buy. BestBuy has a good selection. The salesman was very helpful. I am waiting for delivery of my purchase. I will update this review at that time.

The screen, build quality of the 16inch Spectre is very good. I appreciate the 16 inch screen being taller compare to other laptop of the same size, can see more vertical lines. The speed is very good but not outstanding: HP tune down the speed so the fan does not work all the time. The integrated graphic is fine for any desktop task but it is not designed for gaming. A minor drawback is the 2 usb c ports beeing on the riht side. Can be inconvenient when most of your desk space is on the left side.

Bought this to replace a 5 year old MacBook. It is a stunning machine. Would like to note a couple of things about this specific model that are great: 1. The 13700H Intel chip is Intels latest and greatest 13th gen. Advantage is this is an H chip which is higher wattage and higher performance. Power users will enjoy but this does have worse battery life than the U or P series chips. 2. This specific model has the 3k NON OLES screen. I intentially opted for this as was worried about burn in issues with the OLED. I must say this screen is excellent even if it is not OLED. My only complaint would be the touchpad is a little more difficult to click than I was expecting, however I was coming from a MacBook which has the best trackpads in the business. Lastly I recommend buying these pre configured Best Buy models. I bought a similar custom build Spectre from HP before this and tut was faulty out of the box (bad touchscreen). Luckily was able to find this and on sale. Thanks Best Buy!

The screen is very good, very bright. Maybe even too high in resolution, resulting in some things being too small to see. Good selection of modern I/O ports. I'm still surprised that HP didn't include a 1TB drive as default. It would have been only a few bucks increase in price. Though I was told by HP that if I swap their 512GB drive out with a 1TB drive, doing so would have no effect on my warranty. During daily use, it runs fairly cool. But when the CPU's loaded to 100%, the rear vent gets very hot. I'm disappointed with the touchpad. It's far too sensitive, even though I have it set at the lowest sensitivity setting. I expected better sound quality from Bang & Olufsen. Mine even has some loose internal plastic that buzzes (resonates) during some of Windows' system sounds. It's annoying but don't know if it's worth sending in for repair. Can't comment on the touch screen and/or pen because I've not had time to try them out. I'd gladly pay extra for manufactures to NOT include bloatware! Though what HP includes isn't that bad compared to some other manufacturers. And of course, Windows 11 sucks. But there's nothing HP can do about that. One time I had to call HP Support by phone. It was the best experience I've ever had with any customer support, ever! Their rep was unbelievably helpful, informative and knowledgeable! I'm actually looking forward to calling them again.

This computer hasa been wonderful for me. I love the pen and using it has changed the way I work with the computer. It is fast and handles everything I need.

Lightning fast for every task. The 3k display sucks me in while gaming. Although it has been less than a month since I bought it, I am completely satisfied.

The hardware here is truly beautiful - in line with a macbook imho (though obviously a different design esthetic). Screen is sharp and bright, nice sound, excellent keyboard, super fast. I love it! It does have a big screen (16") and with that comes more weight. So think about that if you want a large laptop (true for probably all brands). This reminds me of the elite dragonfly I have for work. The only cons for me: * although you can use a USB-C charger, it comes with a proprietary one - and this is like a mega throwback - the round jack style one. At this price point and today, the only alternative to USB-C that should be acceptable is magnetic chargers. C'mon HP. * I hate the crapware that is installed - HP - no one buys your laptops for the second rate software you force on them - they would pick for value/hardware. Windows is much better un-wrecked.

Bought this for school such a great computer very easy to use and touchscreen with the pen is very nice
