    I bought the original "gorilla glass" spectre when it came out 10-12 years ago. Been a Spectre user ever since. They look good. They work well. This is my third one. I'm familiar with HP products. Always been happy with them.

    I had an HP Envy for five years and loved it! But I'm sooo disappointed in the Spectre laptop, which is supposedly an upgrade. The touchpad is to sensitive and large that I keep inadvertently deleting text and moving it around as I type. I rarely type more than one sentence without a problem -- and then when I have a problem, it impacts several sentences. (I use the "undo" feature a lot.) And the connection for the power supply falls out about every 10 minutes. And there is just one USB port! It works okay for watching videos, but I got this to do work, and it is so difficult. My productivity is way down. Maybe I should have stuck with the HP Envy.

    I purchased for xmas for my wife, and she absolutely loves it!!! She literally takes it everywhere and always brags about all the new features and the quality feel it has!! Im still in disbelief that it didnt cost more. Great laptop and I plan on purchasing another one in March!!

    So far I love it. I will update this review the more I use the laptop. The only thing that has disappointed me is the pen is not included. The porch too was not there.

    I do not like this device. It is much smaller than previous device that was top of the line. I dislike that there is no 10 key option. I do not understand the need to have one key dedicated to all caps. It makes no sense to me. Plus the shift still has the option to all caps. This is a very poor upgrade. I am anticipating downgrading. But unfortunately, the keyboard is problematic.
