All the help gave me excellent service and the Geek Squad was wonderful and fact I need them for something else. The equipment is great but the service was wonderful from everybody in the computer area and Geek Squad at the Ann store on Lauren Road. They’ll get over top scores.

decent laptop with big screen battery life not great would pass on this one

Top notch computer for an open box price. the combo of it being a good laptop and it becomes a pretty good tablet when folded. Under 1K it is a good deal.

Laptop looks great, nice display, great keyboard, and is very fast. However, it weighs a lot and the frame is very fragile/brittle. Put too much pressure one one side/corner of the laptop and you risk popping the bottom out ever so slightly. This can lead to a popping sound whenever opening/closing the laptop. My unit came with a defective battery, so it would shut off on its own randomly (even when plugged in) with no warning. If it weighed less and had better build quality, this could be the perfect windows laptop.

**Warning** I purchased an open box laptop rated Excellent and Geek Squad certified. The touchscreen was lovely, and the laptop felt great, but it took about 5 seconds to discover Geek Squad had certified a defective keyboard. I took this to the store asking for support and spent time on the phone with customer support. I requested any kind of support, equal exchange, credits equal to the value I was about to lose because of defective product...there is no option except to return the device and buy a different one at a higher price. So not only have I lost the device, I have lost the sale price. Best Buy should not be selling defective machines through the open box program....or at least they should take responsibility for issues like this instead of leaving the customer stuck with bad devices, especially when it's "excellent" quality and Geek Squad Certified!

Good quality. Little bit heavy but has high resolution and doesn’t buffer. Mousepad is a bit big as well.

It has been working great with no issues. I am using it now while out of town.

Best Laptop I have purchased. Everything work amazing, and also no lag and huge storage capacity.

So far it has preformed well and the battery life seems adequate.

Ive had multiple different laptops throughout the years but this one is the best by far. Has great gaming capabilities and is great for multitasking work.

It was a really great laptop overall and the wuality is really nice. The browers load really fast and my son was very happy with it!

So far, beyond expectation. Excellent choice for a student.
