My daughter needed a new laptop to start college courses and after great help from our salesman we landed on this! It’s great. Has all the options we needed, including the pen, and at a great price point!

This is a very nice laptop with a beautiful screen. I have had an issue with it powering back up after it had gone to "sleep" that created some momentary stress. That's why only 4 stars.

A very nice laptop. The charging is why I gave it a 4/5 but I guess that’s one of the perks you trade for such a beautiful display. No really the screen on this thing is amazingggg.

This is a great laptop for all except gamers and creative artists. For those working from home, the wifi connectivity is great. Wish the battery life was a little longer but no other complaints.

This PC is ok, but it is too sensitive to touch, and often the page I am working on disappears, and I have to hunt to retrieve it to continue working. Having only USB port is terrible, and I would never have bought this model if I had noticed that in the specs. Moral of the story - look very carefully and compare models before making a purchase!! I will say, however, that It is light and very portable, colors are vibrant, sound is good.

The only think I don’t like about it is that it gets hot quick. Beside that great computer. They will tell you there’s not a pen include just so You can buy one don’t do it.

I bought this because the Envy x360 had static sensitivity issues right out of the box. The quality is great and the 4k screen is excellent. A great laptop with nice features.

Best Buy in St. Petersburg, Florida does not answer thenphones and virtual chat disconnected after working on it for 30 minutes. HP is off no assistance either. On both issues I eventually just gave up and took it to a local shop to help with questions. The computer functions fine and I would like it more, if I wasn't so annoyed by the service. But the service is terrible and it is only a two week old computer.

I really like this laptop. perfect size and the picture is so clear. super easy to use. it does get pretty out when on my lap, but it's too unbarring. great buy

Great machine! I've purchased several for our office and Sales Consultants. It is rare they have any trouble with and so far none have had to be returned going on 4 years now.

Was concerned with the size of the unit, as it is a bit smaller than used to have. But very pleasantly surprised, performance has been great and migration from older system was easy.

HP -Spectre laptop has performed flawlessly . No issues with picture quality , fan noise or excessive heating . Sound is very good as well . Exceeds my expectations overall

After weeks of reading reviews I decided on this computer. This replaced a Surface Pro. So far I really like this computer. It's mostly used for Zooming right now.

I love this laptop overall performance my first HP since 2004 they haven't missed a beat good quality and stylish best buy had it at great deal which makes it sweeter

Purchased this for my college bound art student daughter. She has had no issues with it. Was easy to set up, works great for her.

This is a great little unit, but the keyboard is very close to the touch screen and so I often tap the screen and have to place the cursor back to where I need it.

A brilliant purchase on my part! I'm so very glad I got this laptop for my schooling purposes. Worth every penny! Would buy again fi I had too!

I love my laptop just sometimes I be feeling like gaming and not just doing my work and it kinda does the job. It could be a bit faster but overall great!

I love love my computer it was exactly what I was looking for it’s durable and came with a envelope sleeve padded bad and computer pen that inserts in the bag
