Well Made with excellent usb-c charging. The best laptop screen I have ever seen. Battery life and the heat it produced is why I returned it.

Mac user for over 20 years. Got this machine for my wife. Holy Cow! I use more now than my 2015 MacBook Pro. Seriously. This machine is pretty darn awesome and Windows Home works really smooth. The display is just gorgeous. Super impressed. Highly recommend this machine.

I have had this computer for only about 2 weeks now. Great performance and speed. Love the keys on the keyboard and the beautiful screen display. The only con so far is the computer gets very hot and quickly when using. I can tend to only use it sitting flat on a hard surface or briefly if holding in tablet mode. Other than that, no complaints. I am a student in graduate school and use this computer for school work as well as browsing and other daily tasks.

We bought this laptop after loving our first Spectre. The screen quality on this model did not disappoint. Vivid colors and crisp. We don't love that it only has 8GB of memory, but we don't plan on pushing this laptop to its limits. It'll be mostly used for school, which used to mean browsing the web and online discussion boards, but now includes a lot of zoom meetings. And after trying the webcam, it's got great quality. It's a solid piece of equipment all around

Beautiful OLED 4k display laptop that runs warm

Beautiful OLED 4k display but sadly mine had a defect that affected the colors and I had to return. During my use I did notice it ran pretty hot and the fans ran a lot of the the time when doing basic stuff or not much at all with the laptop just sitting on the desk. This is due to the 10th gen processor. 11th gen should be cooler and more quiet if you're concerned about that aspect. But overall a very nice laptop.

Really nice screen with great definition and very bright. Small bezels give you a really nice size screen in a small very portable package. Especially since the rest of the laptop is very slim and light. Keyboard has some nice size keys which were a pleasant surprise in such a small package. Love the fact that it has a button to turn off the camera; you don't need to use a post- it to cover it up.

I always use a monitor that I plug into my laptops so the size of this computer was not an issue. Now that I see the resolution of this screen it makes me wonder if I shouldn't have bought the bigger model. However the online reviews never mention that model so I went with this one. So far it has been great. Interesting feature of unlocking the laptop with just your finger print. Love this.

Very happy with it, really good 2 in 1 laptop. Fast processor, bright screen, excellent battery life. Can get a little hot sometimes after long use and keyboard doesn’t feel very sturdy as other laptops I’ve used but those are minor issues- overall a solid laptop choice and its ability to convert to a tablet makes it an even better value. Definitely recommended.

The screen is extremely crisp and bright, and the performance is very good. The keyboard is easy to type on and the fact that a pen is included in the purchase makes it an even better value. I had the 2017 version of this laptop and purchased this one as an upgrade. After a week of use I don't regret the decision in the least.

Best Buy, has quality products. HP -Spectre 11.3 inch has all features including touch screen and fingerprint technology. Good for any age of people to use on there own, despite how much you know about computers. This laptop can be rotated 365 degrees converting it to tablet mode. Good and fast processor.

Excellent 2-n-1. I honestly have no complaints and it allows me to run Windows 11. Touch screen is very responsive, it performs well overall, I love the compact size, crisp display and the b&o audio is pretty swell too.

I purchased this laptop (July 8, 2020) because of how much I loved my prior HP Spectre (from 2017). (My two complaints from that one were 1) frequent automatic erasing of large sections of text I had typed, and 2) early wearing off of some letters on the keyboard. Sadly, I have experienced the erasing already on this new model. The only other concern so far is the seemingly default dependency on OneDrive. I prefer to keep my documents locally, not on the cloud, and apparently I did something wrong during the set-up so that OneDrive keeps making its unwanted appearance, in spite of uninstalling it. I did find the set-up process quite simple over all, so that was good. Bottom line - I am very pleased with this laptop and hope it will continue to serve me well for many years.
