I first purchased the Google Pixelbook after it being recommended to me by a sales associate who I told I work from home and use Microsoft Products. Well, that was a mistake. After going into the store with that needing to be exchanged, a more knowledgeable associate listened to my needs (runs Microsoft programs, light weight, fits easily into a diaper bag and on my lap, good battery life, and speed). This laptop blows my expectations out of the water! I LOVE the fingerprint recognition. I can boot up with one finger while holding the baby! My kiddos love the whiteboard feature and using the pen to draw. The memory is wonderful. I love the backlit keyboard. I can't say enough good things. It was a little bit cheaper than the pixelbook I had originally purchased. THIS laptop is the perfect choice for anyone working from home. The battery lasts me two+ days. I'm on and off of my laptop throughout the day several times. Usually at least two hours at a time. HP really is the top of the line.

Pros; There is a lot going on under the hood but the SSD makes load up quick, the 4K screen is great to work on, and it has just enough GPU to run top games like Apex and Call of Duty. It converts to tablet mode very easily. The keyboard has enough give to be tactile friendly. Cons: It runs a little hot, but the fan is pretty quiet. The pen that comes with is not very good; may need to upgrade to the Tilt. It doesn’t have much storage, so cloud storage or externals may be needed. As a power user I personally would have liked the 16g RAM option but I got this on sale and it works well enough and will be great for the average user.

I had 3 year HP Spectre x360 laptop that the battery finally went out. I need to replace the laptop quickly. I found a similar HP Spectre x360 laptop in-stock at Best Buy and the best news, it was on sale!

Really nice machine! We like just about everything. Nice bright wide-angle display, lighted keyboard, decent sound for a small laptop. Bottom can get a bit warm, but not uncomfortable. Especially good buy bought at end of this model closeout for -$400!

Works very well for the purposes that it was purchased which was school work and documents. While in laptop mode it does get hot and temporarily had an issue flipping the screen when going from laptop to tablet and back but that has been resolved.

Love my new HP...Surface Pro died and moved on to an HP. Very pleased with the size of laptop. My timing was perfect and received a great deal by adding 3 year protection and antivirus along with everything. Geek squad set it up within a day...ready to use!

Its a good size, great screen, battery is on the weaker side. If you can get it at a low price, get it. My only issue is video editing, don't bother getting it if you are doing that.

I bought this laptop for my son for online schooling and it functions wonderfully. It's capable of running multiple tabs at once with no lag. The camera is great for zoom and the screen is touch so bonus. It serves the intended purpose well.

Bought this laptop for my freshman in college. The size is perfect for her backpack and has plenty of RAM and storage space Would recommend this to any incoming student. The price was not overly expensive either

I've used this mainly for school related. It does get really hot in the first day or two of using it but after a while it doesn't heat as it first did. The note taking on this device is great, the pen, itself, is decent.

Great little computer. Good processing speed, great display. Happy with purchase - did upgrade SSD to 1T after purchase, the 256GB SSD just wasn't big enough. Other than that - very pleased with this purchase!

I love this light laptop. I use it for school to take online classes. It is fast and reliable. I am very happy with it. I bought it almost a year ago, and it feels like a new one.

Using this for mobile work and personal, at home use. So far I've really enjoyed everything about the laptop. The only knock (slight) would be the battery life.

Cute little laptop that works well and fast. So far I haven't had any issues with it. It can get a little warm quickly, especially if the charger is plugged in while in use but its not too bad.

Got this laptop on sale at a great price. It works great! Super fast, touch screen is spot on, comes with a pen which works well, and it can also be used as a tablet. All around great value for the price.

By far the best laptop I have ever had in my life. The screen quality is amazing. Definitely wish I had the bigger version. I use this at work and home use. Mostly for movies.

That screen, WOW. OLED is a love/hate relationship. It looks fantastic, but it halves your battery. That's also in part due to the 4K resolution, which is a waste at this screen size. I wish this was a 1080P or 1440P OLED display instead. The touchpad felt too narrow for me. My hinges weren't aligned properly, causing the screen to appear crooked when in tablet mode. Also, as an open box item it was missing the pen. This laptop has some great features and I wanted to love it but it just wasn't right for me.

Sleek design and amazing performance! The only drawback for me is that it only has one built-in USB port so you have to purchase an adapter. I’m extremely satisfied...we’ll done HP!
