I absolutely love how easy to use this laptop is. I have never owned a touch screen and I’m now in love!

Purchased this “open box” for my son and saved nearly $500. He is a college student and loves it!

Touchscreen works well and screen looks nice but underwhelming performance and terrible system cooling design. Also overheated itself and corrupted Windows, had to format and reinstall Windows 10. Not recommending any HP products, especially this product.

The 4K screen is amazing. It looks like glass. The touchscreen is very responsive as well

Needed something functional and portable for son starting his own permaculture business. This allows him the sketch plant layouts in the tablet and do all the normal small business tasks as a laptop. Best of both worlds.

The screen is gorgeous, the battery runs for long enough, the typing experience is very nice, etc etc. I'm a university student who usually types up papers and zooms through my classes (pandemic lyfe) so I don't need the most powerful machine, plus the video quality is absolutely saturated, sharp and beautiful. Camera is bad but who makes a good one? The speakers sounded blown right out of the box though. As cortana walked me through the setup, the speaker already cracked and has sounded the same since. That and imperfect packaging tells me that this device was probably returned and then handed over to me with no fix. I always use headphones or bluetooth so I don't mind so much, but be warned that the speaker quality is 1/5th of the screen quality. Absolutely terrible speakers. Probably not buying HP or B&O after this. Possibly reconsidering purchasing from Best Buy as well, especially for the price even with discount. Awesome laptop otherwise! Maybe everything else will stand the test of time on this machine.

Great 4k oled laptop. Cpu runs cool and multitasking a plus. The 2in1 form factor is highly convenient when sharing contents and watching movies. Transcoding video with the 10th gen core i5 is sufficient and gets the job done. The speakers sound loud and full which is great for watching videos and music listening. Overall an b excellent laptop with a great screen panel.

If you are planning to get spectre get the most high end one. It comes with all the features packed. This is a good computer but you can get better features from a cheaper or same priced hp envy × 360. If you really want the premium spectre experience at a cheaper price this is the one but if you are after features you will be better off with other hp devices in the price range.
