I still have the previous model and it works great to this day, just needed a second laptop for my wife. We purchased this one and the updated specs are great. I love the fingerprint scan feature and my wife likes that there's a switch on the side to keep the webcam off. Highly recommend.

Purchased this item primarily for my kids (ages 9 & 11). I use HP laptops and desktops at work so I’m confident that this will help with school work and other assignments. Small and sleek + a great deal. Left enough money to start saving for a home All-In-One Desktop next.

I am not a heavy computer user but this one seems perfect and fast for me as I transition to work from home. Skype, Zoom calls, and the like have been perfect. Completing and filing financial reports have been a breeze.

I am not the primary user of this device. However, I can say that the screen resolution is beautiful, and the build is elegant. My daughter, for whom is was purchased, does really like it, including her ability to use a digital pen and to fold it into tablet mode.

I LOVE IT! It is light-weight, fits in my purse, long battery life, folds 360 so very easy to use and adjust. I love all the features like finger-print access & the graphics w/Bang & Olufsen sound it incredible! ......And the price? Waaaay under what it should be.

This is a work computer. I needed something that was small enough to carry but had all of the capability of a large computer. This computer looks great, the graphics are fantastic and its super fast!

Overall, it’s a pretty good computer. The images are incredible and it works very well. However, the speakers are terrible and there is no hdmi port which can be frustrating.

Beautiful 4K screen with decent battery life. I use it strictly to watch movies, TV shows and browsing the internet which this laptop is perfect for. Doesn't have excessive options making this an affordable 2 in 1.

it took a little to get used to. I'm still learning but it works great. only thing is that it defaults to a weird screen color.....like translucent. very easy to work with. Glad my 1st laptop hasn't given me issues. highly recommend.

The service and expertise provided in selecting my laptop and the associated software was excellent. Staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Installation was quick and the technician was very helpful.

The salesman could not have been more patient with my lack of technical knowledge. He took time educating me and making sure I had the information I needed to make my decision I’m most pleased with my purchase!!!

It’s a great computer doesn’t connect with iPhone to do all the cool features it does with androids but I can live with that. It does get hot fast and can be too hot to touch. But great computer love how slim it is.

I absolutely love this new laptop. I'm a junior in college and this laptop is extremely user friendly and makes managing all my assignments easy. I would highly recommend this laptop to students, especially college students.

This computer is great for school or as a tablet. I love it. It’s sleek and slender with a nice color. The battery life lasts all day unless I’m using a bigger program. I’m in school to be a nurse and it’s perfect.

i missed the pen in this package. it said it was geek certified one it also said includes all the original accessories but the HP pen was missing.

I've been wanting one of these for a while, but don't use computer enough to justify the price... Bought it on sale and don't use as much as I probably should, but as far as the computer goes couldn't be happier!!!

It's not bad overall, but the fans are loud and run pretty much all the time. The screen is excellent with amazing color and contrast. I got it for like $400 off, so I wouldn't pay full price for sure.

My 16 year old son loves his new laptop! The functionality, sturdiness combined with a nice modern sleek look. Virtual schooling just got easier. Oh and the speakers are next level. Thanks Best Buy!

Great laptop! I purchased this laptop for my son who’s now a virtual student and it meets all my sons needs. Aluminum body construction, backlit keyboard, with a large 13” near boarder less screen.

I bought the HP Spectrex360 2 in 1 Touch Screen Laptop for my daughter for school. The picture quality on it is Amazing and it's really simple to set up and use. Have No complaints. Well worth the price.
