    I bought this machine in an emergency for a manager whose old laptop's harddrive failed. Upon uboxing it, the laptop would not even boot giving a windows installation failure notice, obviously the OS was shoddily installed from the factory. Calling HP's special 'spectre' support was a laughable experience with the operator taking little interest in hearing out the issue much less resolving it.

    Good laptop but it seems like the mouse pad has design issues. I already replaced one laptop because of that and the second one is giving the same problem after couple of weeks.

    Not charging more than 99%, battery life is not great or marketed, avg is 5 to 6 hrs and max 7 to 8 hrs, my i5 laptop works faster than this for sure..

    I bought this computer and in less than three months it died, I took it to the store where I was issued a replacement in maybe May 2019. My son is in school out in Cambridge, and what does this computer do again during his exam week?! It breaks down!!! He needs a replacement ASAP today. I have asked him to find the nearest Best Buy store in Cambridge for a remedy. Why??? I will give a zero star if I could for the headache

    I got this as a company laptop and liked guys and 2 in 1 functionality for the price. Unfortunately the tablet mode is clunky and there are bugs EVERYWHERE
