    A nightmare

    Realizing that this laptop had no hdmi port, like many very slim new laptiops. I attempted to return it. I stupidly let the kid talk me in to a Microsoft wireless display adaptor, instead of returning it, spending more money on their high profit margin accessories instead of getting a different computer...the display adaptor worked for two days and then stopped connecting to it for no apparent reason. I purchased a usb-c to hdmi adaptor, which does not support audio with a late 2016 laptop...(more wasted time/money) Its been 17 or so days now and I'm stuck with this silly laptop. Basically, it's a pretty looking laptop, still somehow wayyyy overpriced laptop for rich ladies to color match to a purse, but best buy employees don't care what you buy/ if it's right for you as long as you spend money, which is a great reason to buy elsewhere altogether.

    NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING

    I did a lot of research on this laptop. When I got it of course it was working fine. After about two days of having it the camera that can be used to sign in stopped working. So I took it back to get an exchange for the same one and today the same exact thing happen. I noticed that after doing an update this when all this happened. I am very disappointed although it's not that big of a deal for some people but I would rather get my monies worth and after the second time I am most definitely going to consider another brand.

    I was very excited about this laptop and when I received this and started using it, faced lots of issues and now the complete display is gone to gray and no access to do anything. As a student, a laptop is a backbone and now because of all these issues, I am facing a lot of problems. This was neither expected from HP or Best buy to sell me this kind of product.

    Returned After 3 weeks-Defective

    After 3 weeks the fan was making a huge noise and the body of the laptop was burning hot. After reading other review(now that I returned it) there are other complains on the web. Geek squad , replaced it AND SET UP THE NEW COMPUTER, WITH THE WRONG MODEL!!! I should've know to check them, they pulled the wrong laptop from stock, beyond frustrating,

    The touch screen of the HP spectre 360 was flickering, and this was a frequent issue. This earlier made me believe that the flickering is due to the dust and moisture on the screen. Finally, after 15 days of purchase the flickering issue surfaced and I had to take help of Hp service center.

    I bought what i thought was a nice computer, however; it is quite the contrary. The computer completely died, if it lose the charge all the way, IT WILL NOT CHARGE AGAIN, nor WILL IT COME BACK ON!!, who knew. I have wasted 1100 and some change and i cant get my money back.

    I ordered it online and when I picked up from the store, and came home and unboxed it, it had a small dent on the back side of it. Thats what BEST BUY sells. They dont care about their loyal customers. Never buying it anything from best buy.
