Excellent product. The product is in good condition

Just didn't notice no SD card slot. Just have to use attachments for camera to upload photos. Love that it's lightweight. My daughter has the same computer, older model so I went with this one.

Good speed, nice keyboard, privacy function is great. Fans are hardly noticible but it Gets a bit hot when in use. Battery usage is ok. Overall a good starting computer for school.

This was my very first PC (I've always owned Apples) and I couldn't be any happier. The touch screen is responsive and the screen resolution is fantastic. Love absolutely everything about this laptop.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase. The battery lasts all day, and it processes data quickly. The display has developed an occasional vertical green line. I need to have checked.

Still getting familiar with Windows 10 which makes using this computer a bit of a challenge but the laptop itself is very solid and light weight which is necessary when travelling

Bought this computer for my son who is a freshman in college. He uses it everyday! It's a great size and weight to carry around! He uses it for everything from school work to gaming.

Switched from Apple's mac and honestly I couldn't be happier with this laptop. It's touch screen, face unlocking system, and ability to fold easily beat the Macintosh.

The only issue I have is the battery gets SO HOT! It burns my skin since I enjoy having it in my lap. I just put a pillow under it, but that doesn't help with the computer itself feeling like it's going to blow. Everything else works okay. Tablet mode is a little wonky, but I think that's more user error than the laptop itself. I'm thinking of upgrading to the newest version that has a better fan and less flat bottom. I was told it helps with the heat issue.

Love my Spectre. Does everything I need it too and in a timely manner. Fasted laptop I have ever owned, I am very happy with my purchase.

I love how thin the laptop is and how fast it is. However sometimes it lags and freezes anf i have to restart it. Not cool

I love the versatility of the laptop and tablet modes. Touchscreen is very responsive. Boots up and shuts down in less than 10 seconds.
