After going through 2 Surfaces in 3 years (battery issues) I was in the market for something light, slim but more reliable. So far this HP-Spectre has fit the bill. The battery life is good, it doesn't heat up too much and the processor is plenty fast. Only time will tell if it is more durable than the Surface

First time I used it, the battery seemed to last forever, but after only a few days, I could notice a significant drop in the amount of time a full charge lasted. I will admit it is a very old laptop and batteries have come a long way. I just hope this one lasts a little longer than my previous battery which after a year would no longer charge.

I bought it for my husband and he's happy with it. I have the same but a 17 inch screen and I love it.

I didn’t open it because it is a Christmas gift but I know she’ll love it.. it’s what she wants.

This has been working out so well for my son. He needed a new computer for his college classes.

Can't say I would Honestly by this unit again fan noise alone is a reason for you to not want this computer the hardware is good looking but the dan is unbearable regardless of what you do to minimize

I bought this computer form my wife for her birthday. We had to take the first one back twice because it was overheating. The second time best buy replaced it with a new one. No problems since.

I bought two of these computers for office use. I was greatly impressed by the build quality of this PC. Speed, functionality, and construction are spot on. These PCs are a great addition to our family small business.

Seems like a good laptop, gave it away. Quick boot time,and good specs. SSD for the win

I love everything about this laptop, except I am having trouble with the left and right mouse clicks. I much prefer laptops with well defined mouse click areas. So many times I want a left click, I get a right click and vice versa, or no click at all. Nothing wrong with the laptop -- just hard to get used to. I wish the click area were taller. It's a small strip along the bottom that seems to work. I adjusted the left to right area for the separation of the two clicks, but still having trouble getting it consistently right. Other than that, laptop is real slick, light, sturdy. Plenty of battery life. Boots up real fast. Would definitely recommend if mouse pad works for you.

I love it. No complains so far. My daughter can use it in her class for taking notes.

Love this laptop. It is incredibly light and durable. Screen size is not huge but any bigger it would be awkward carrying it around especially around campus. The touch pad seems to be a little loose in mine but other than that I can't complain

Need new laptop for the whole family. This one fit everyone's needs

PCs have really upped their game - I love the touch screen, and use the tablet function way more than I expected. This computer is speedy, responsive, and user friendly, and I love all of the features.

This laptop is another iteration in HP's line of ultra portable 2 in 1 form factor. The screen and touch display are very nice for the price point, and the unit is well appointed in a slim metallic chassis with a sturdy hinge for conversion to a tablet.

I enjoy using this computer. Take it camping to catch up on sorting my photos.

The price is reasonable for quality of the product. It performs well and fast but only if good cared is provided to the product.it would slowdown if many programs are downloaded.
