It seemed to be doing okay, but after the first day I realized that it wasn't quite what I wanted and returned it. Beautiful packaging, though.

Laptop is solid. Speakers went down first day of use and have not gotten them to work since.

Good computer but it can be loud when running a few windows and the speakers suck they’re at the bottom.

Had it for a week and blue screen along with many other problems made us return it. Now the new one has been good for a week with only one freeze up. Not sure whats going on because I got one a year ago and have used it daily with not one hitch. Also hp only makes this color now, dumb decision.

The speakers of the laptop have noises, thus the laptop was returened.

Great laptop. The only downfall is the overall footprint of it was a tad bit too small.

Like the computer, but the audio jack does not work. I did not test it as I did not need it for 6 months, but when I tried it was dead. Online issues show this to be a common hardware issue on this device. For this much, you kind of expect working hardware so be aware if purchasing to check yours first.

The 13” screen is smaller than the 13” MacBook Pro 13”

I have owned it for 8 months and love it. However, it has been crashing and glitching. Called HP and they assume it is the hardware but will pay for all software issues but not hardware issues. They will not replace it either, after failing to "fix" it, as they themselves mentioned. So disappointed in BB for selling items that break in short periods of time. This was not the first computer that I have had this issue with. The last was another HP that died within the 45 day return period. Just was unfortunate with this one.

I bought “open box” in great condition. I called prior to buying to ask what this condition meant and they said it was basically like brand new, no issues and perfect condition essentially. I had the computer less then 1 week and it stopped working. Wouldn’t even turn on, fully black screen. Clearly “great” open box is not a true statement. Very disappointed. I had to drive back to the store in order to get my money back.

To get it to turn on i have to plug it in every time...frustrating.

I bought this quickly as I was a full-time students who's laptop had just crashed. This laptop crashes every single day. I cannot connect even simple things to it like a printer. it's the worst computer ever and best buy told me that since i didnt give it back after 3 days, they cannot help me.

Don’t do it! Save yourself the trouble of having to return it. It crashed on startup and since my second one did the same, I’m thinking it’s this models’ issue period. And If yours hasn’t crashed yet , it will crash sooner than you would expect.

At first I loved it, less than a week in the screen went black! Took it back because I though maybe I had locked the screen somehow but they were not able to figure it out. Gave a better version put it was an open box. Still texting that one out.

This was a spontaneous purchase. I needed a computer for an online job interview. My other one was not working. Geek squad would not attempt to do any repairs.

I was lied to about remote start features that were supposed to be included with Geek Squad. I was also lied to about the specs on my computer.. My keyboard does not light up and it does not have A HDMI port
