great small laptop
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Updating a 4yo HP Spectre x360 (water damage) so very familiar and happy with the package. My only concern was that the model in stock had only 8GB RAM, but I guess faster CPU, RAM, SSD, etc more than made up for that. I love the new one too. Bonus points for larger lettering on the backlit keyboard and better placement of power/USB ports on the corners - nice.

Great Ultrabook!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a really good ultra book. It's sleek, stylish, and runs fast enough for most work I do. Running Zoom alongside other programs for work does make it warm up a bit and takes a hit on battery, but it can still push going on a few hours unplugged when doing that pretty well. Fans do kick in, but it's not super loud. NOW, the interesting corners actually help make it really easy to slip into a bag. The angle slips in much easier than a hard corner. It's great design.

Everything I Hoped for and More!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This laptop has beauty and brawns combined. It’s prove in itself to be fast while operating multiple programs and the visual display of things is an absolute delight. I never encounter errors with either the fingerprint reader or the facial recognition which is more than I can say for other items I’ve tried, and yet it doesn’t mistake my similar looking teen for me, either. The HP Spectre is simply stunning in both looks and usefulness.

Not so great product
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bad quality camera. Camera stopped working completely now. Might be an installation issue too. Not a great laptop for this price. Can be purchased but there are laptops for a cheaper price with better performance. Battery back up is less.

Awesome ultra book!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent snappy machine. Don't get caught to "needing an i7"! For the average user, even above average workloads, this computer is blazing fast, boots up in seconds, wakes instantly, and no annoying stalls! Screen is a joy to use and see! For day to day web stuff, it's runs faster than my Dell XPS 17 i7-10850!

Awesome product for higher price range
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I liked the speed and display as well as the multiple connection types. The innovation of putting th3 charging connection on the corner of the laptop made it look very edgy. Great quality would recommend getting this product if you can afford the hefty tag

PERFECT
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to use it for all the creative opportunities but only be able to use it for everyday needs. I am looking to buy a second one due to my daughter constantly taking mine even though there are other laptops in the house.....no one wants to use. lol.

Great product if you get one that works.
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second HP Spectre and I will be returning this one as well. The first one had issues with the Bluetooth and microphone not working (within weeks of opening the laptop). The second one I have now has issues with apps constantly crashing and a warning messages that say "Battery not compatible with the laptop." Other than the hassle of not getting a working laptop... the laptop itself has great features that I have loved. It's light weight yet durable, fast, and easy to use. I really wish that it didn't have the manufacture issues because I do love the laptop but I'm not willing to try a third.

Great decision
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything I needed for my day to day business needs. Only issue is (as many have stated) that it runs a little warm after awhile. Quick startup, great response time, and of course an outstanding color screen.

Fantastic, premium laptop with an amazing display
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great little laptop for people that want a very attractive, capable, and highly portable 2 in 1 machine. The 11th Gen Core i5's Iris Xe iGPU is quite capable and drives this 4K OLED display with no stutter. The OLED display is beautiful. Once you use OLED, you won't want to use anything else. I really enjoyed using this laptop, but sent it back to get the Spectre x360 14 (also from Best Buy, listed as the Spectre x360 13.5"). The 16:9 13.3" display on this laptop was simply too small for my use case so I opted for the 3:2 13.5" display of the newer Spectre. I also needed more than 8GB of RAM. The x360 14 comes with an i7/16GB RAM/1TB SSD here on Best Buy) making it a fantastic upgrade.

Would not recommend this for programmers
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this laptop for over a year now, and I honestly regret buying this. My stylus stopped working after a couple of months, even after multiple configurations, I couldn't get it to work. The cooling system of this laptop is extremely loud as it can get extremely hot as well. The sound system of the laptop so bad that for some applications you'll barely be able to hear what's going on. Moreover, the microphone and the speakers never tend to work together on this laptop. Being a student, I have to heavily depend on zoom and WebEx calls, and this laptop has never helped with that as I can never get either the microphone or the speaker to work together. The battery life isn't that good as well, so you probably need to carry your charger everywhere you go. Hence, this laptop is definitely not strong enough for people who are programmers and need to use multiple software's at a time because this laptop will not support that, and will definitely crash. This laptop is only good for the basic tasks such as sending emails, making notes, making word documents, and so on. It is definitely not worth the money, and I genuinely do not recommend this laptop to anyone.

Insanely beautiful notebook with one huge flaw
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely beautiful notebook! I loved everything about it but one very important thing. 8GB is just not enough ram for today's use. I tried in vein to make my apps run decently but the limited ram was just holding it back too much. This wouldn't be an issue if the ram was upgradable but alas it isn't. Unfortunately I had to return it. It would be very nice if they had this exact model and color style with 16GB of ram but I have had no luck finding one. I did find one on HP but it is the all silver one. The slightly bigger 13.5 inch model does come equipped with the specs I need but the lower res OLED on it is a turn off for me. So my search continues.....

Great option!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer is my absolute favorite. I actually chose it last minute and it was between this and a MacBook. What really sold me on this computer was everything that it came with, a leather computer pouch, they stylus, touch screen, fold ability. That was what sold me in the store but when I got home it was even better than expected. The computer also includes Touch ID(which the MacBook has) but it also has Face ID! As well as Alexa built in. Since it’s a HP computer it comes with one note which allows you to take notes for all your classes, typed or hand written. I also really enjoy the sound of the keyboard. Since I use my computer for school I attend lots of video calls and this computer actually has a switch on the side to turn off your camera which is very convenient. Speakers are great. I don’t think I even have a downside to this computer. I love it and would choose it over a MacBook any day!

Responsiveness and battery life are great despite being a 4k display. Image is beautiful and portability and performance are incredible! Can't go wrong with this one!!

This Teacher Gives an A++
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent computer! I'm a teacher and use it for small group instruction during Google Meets. LOVE the OLED screen for watching Netflix. A dream to work with and use! I went into the store looking to grab a surface, but decided to walk around and chose this for my needs. Tablet is just the right size for working with my students, keyboard is comfortable to use, sound is very good for a laptop, and processor is super fast. Grabbed it not on sale, but then Best Buy had a sale and price matched it for me. Awesome product and would highly recommend!

HP Spectre x360 13" 4k oled review

Black with rose gold trim
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the size . Is great for traveling. Black color with rose gold trim sets it off. Fast response computer. Haven't used the pen with it yet, but have been told to get a screen cover as not to scratch the screen with it.

I actually suggest - from an extreme apple fam
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I want to start this off by saying I am an apple product fanatic. I always had apple products and was religious about only subscribing to their products. So much so that even seven months ago I bought another apple laptop after my other macbook's motherboard went out seven months ago just after my warranty expired I blindly bought another macbook. I saw a few tik toks about this laptop and the OLED display I decided to check it out. My iphone has an OLED display that I very much like as I like to watch a lot of anime and just entertainment in general, but another aspect is that I am also in nursing school. I have to read A LOT for nursing school, and I feel that OLED displays are easier for me to read from for longer. HP laptops are recommended for my program so I decided to buy one to try it out. After all, best buy allows for a two month grace period to return. I got the laptop, tried it out, and the next day I posted my 2020 macbook air for sale without a second thought. Hasta la vista baby. My 2016 macbook had one USBC port, my 2020 macbook air had two USBC ports. This HP has two USBC ports, a USBA, and a sim card slot. For my purposes that is all I need. [they all had headphone jacks] The only potential draw backs I see: This is a small laptop, which is great for a person with small hands like me. If you have medium to larger size you may want to spend the extra money to get a larger wrist rest for your typing. I would say the money is worth it actually. For me my 2020 macbook air was a bit larger and the ledge to rest my hands on was slightly larger, but it was more uncomfortable. It may be because it was metal, but my 12 inch macbook (it was purchased in 2016 so it was just a macbook) was more comfotable. This specific laptop felt like a hybrid between the two, and is very comfortable laptop for people with small hands. My fellow petit people know that few things were made for us. This laptop has an i5 instead of an i7 processor as bigger models, but this is much, MUCH faster than whatever the 2020 macbook air had. For me there is a learning curve to learning the windows software, but I have long known that I had not bought apple because it was the best, but rather because it was the most convenient for my program. I had went to a school system that favored the apple program, but knew nothing about apple programming. Not because it was a totally different language, but rather I had learned to better articulate the natural disaster that had had happened. The education system learns the apple system (or at least I had in high school, and I was able to recognize both).

Great laptop, the fan can get loud.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The laptop is great! I thought I wouldn't like a touch screen but I love it. I would recommend. The fan gets loud sometimes I don't know if that is something I should get looked at but overall a great laptop.

Extremely Portable and Power to Boot!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can't say enough good things about this Ultrabook. It fit the bill with extreme portability and power. Don't be fooled with this i5. It beats last years Gen i7. I would not hesitate to buy this if you need a light weight portable powerhouse. Even thought it does not have discrete graphics card, it is capable to play games which is a vast improvement as well to the last years generation. The standard USB port is big plus as the other laptops manufacturers did away with it like Macbooks and XPS series. The only things I dislike about the laptop is the soldered on ram. Why do all the new laptops these days not include a so-dimm slot to increase the ram memory. You can however upgrade the NVME SSD.
