This is my first time laptop purchase and I’m glad I did. Its easy to use and go into settings for any tweaks in case you don’t want any specific apps to start up when turning it on. That helped with over heating. But the fan is on maybe a min. The screen resolution is amazing. Mad it’s easy to use in tablet mode

Would not recommend. The battery does not hold a charge. Almost daily shut offs/reboot. If it was still within two week return window I would definitely return it.

This little thing gets really hot. Screen goes blank for no reason while changing pages. Appears to blink. The colors and quality of the picture is great

Beautiful laptop! Returned right away. EVO platform is to provide >9 hrs battery life. Only 5 hrs only using basic email facebook surfing web. Sad... 2nd HP w EVO Since DEC... either no more HP or no more EVO Day 1 basic setting up and reading about edge... 4 hrs 6% battery left Day 2-1 catching up on and cleaning out email 5hrs 20mins 7% battery left Day 2-2 email composing correspondence 4hrs 16 mins 7% remaining battery Day 3 after 49mins of checking outbest buy and Amazon sites as I was returning to Best Buy for alternate laptop since this is now 2nd HP EVO that battery is underperforming Well all of a sudden the following flashed up to right of screen PROBLEM and the laptop restarted after it turned off by itself! With the following message: Preparing to repair I waited 25 mins and it was as if the laptop was dead... mo fan... nothing! I called geek squad an while holding I got my things together and when ready hung up and headed to Best Buy and returned the laptop. It was super hot after 20mins in the box! So it was on! 49mins

It's a really good small laptop... when it works. Not sure if I got a faulty unit but when I'm using some of the streaming services, the screens sometimes showing blanks. It also flickers and the brightness level seems to have a mind of it's own. The audio was an issue on the 2nd day. Tried fixing the drivers and calling the customer service but the issue couldn't be fix. End up resetting it to it's factory setting. Needless to say... I will be returning the laptop. I don't want to have to reset this laptop every time when there's an issue.

Easy to use, perfect size and light weight. The case it come with is excellent, I use it to sit the laptop on. On my lap so it doesn’t slide off as the texture of the case makes it stick to my slacks. The colors are absolutely stunning. I love this laptop!!!

Excellent laptop. Small foot print and love the 4k screen. With the pen it is an excellent tablet for browsing. Light weight and easy to carry around. Would recommend to anyone looking for these same attributes.

I love the style and sleek style of the laptop. It is aesthetcially pleasing. I just slight issues with a couple of glitches at setup but so far so good! It has very clear graphics.

Works really good & has great picture quality. But the sound isnt so loud & doesnt sound as good. But it works amazing for the things I need.

I was an Apple user since college and was a former HP user. I bought this because I needed to upgrade to a new laptop and willing to spend on a good, laptop and also read good reviews on this but after a year, the battery life wasn’t what I expect it to be compare to apple. The battery lasted for about 3 to 4 hours after streaming Netflix, YouTube and multitasking.

Super friendly helpful staff. Wasn’t sure what brand or style laptop we were needing but the staff helped us with narrowing down and selecting what works best for us.

I'm use to 15.6 inch laptops but purchased this for the oled screen.Great picture if you like watching movies or tv on a computer.Blacks and contrast really stand out.

I returned this. Theacbook Air was a better bang for your buck. I could not get use to the windows. Once u go mac u never go back! I tried. Lol

This is my favorite computer. Definitely pricey but I love everything about it. It comes with a pencil too and the cord is very sturdy and reliable. It has everything a regular computer can do and the style of it is very nice.

This hp laptop with 4k OLED is a must have for those who love an amazing display. The pc has a long 8hr battery life and awesome features. Geek squad insurance covers OLED burn in. There is nothing to worry about with this great pc.

Love this laptop. Does everything i need and a lot that i dont. Bought this after seeing my local car dealeeship using them and im impressed. I will continue to buy this model laptoo until tbey are made no more

I really enjoy this laptop. It's quick and the screen is AMAZING. I would definitely recommend getting this with more RAM as 8GB doesn't go as far as it used to.
