I bought the laptop from BestBuy and on using it for the first time the software crashed every 5 minutes so I went ahead and exchanged it. To my disappointment, for the 2nd time I received a laptop that had its hinges misaligned and also crashed once, so I lost faith and returned the item.

The laptop had been off all night, and when I went to turn it on, it was extremely hot. Now I don't trust this laptop will go the distance for me - not acceptable for a $2k+ computer. I will take it to the Geek Squad and all of that, but not feeling too good about this purchase. I had much better luck with the desktops, but you can't very well travel with those.

Such a huge mistake buying this laptop
It doesn't do anything cool or fun.. and it overheats almost instantly.. no google play store or any apps that are fun... this laptop is trash ..all these other positive reviews are fakes bruh
