It was time for a new laptop and a friend at a tech company had recommended the Spectre x360 to me. I wasn't sure I needed a 2-in-1, but the price and availability was right, and after a few weeks, I love it. It's fast and responsive and easily handles all that I need it to. I haven't used tablet mode too much, but it has been great for reading PDFs and ebooks.

This is probably the worst product I've ever brought. Absolutely my fault I didn't buy a warranty because I knew I wasn't going to use it often. Brought in 2021. Used only a handful of times from then to now. Last use was in January 2023 and it was working fine. Tried to use in April and noticed the screen was flickering. Took it to geeksquad they talking about I got to give them a minimum of $500 to see what's wrong with it. I can buy a new one for that price and it will probably last longer than this one. I put it up and just left it alone until now to see if it's still flickering. Doesn't even come on even after charging. Complete waste of money

The platform itself is fine in most respects - light, portable, small - maybe too small 13.5" Display @ 3000x2000 dpi is a bit much for this old man, powerful enough. Although, Windows 11 can be painful - pop-ups, crap-ware, security settings will be forthcoming. With the TPM encryption - fine, but I like dual boot: Ubuntu Linux LTS (for me), Windows for my wife. I'll probably wind up pulling out the original disk (SSD) and replace it We'll see. I turned off TPM and needed to go to Microsoft for recovery encryption keys (no boot). Also Windows wants $99 per year for Outlook and their "free" Email client App has issues - errors. Even Outlook won't run all my different E-mail accounts. Go figure. Hesitates (Windows) with the Logitech mouse. Weird. Also, for the money, it could use more inputs/outputs - only 1 USB-A, 1 USB-C, and one Thunderbollt-4. I wanted the aluminum frame and HP interchangeability. A little pricey - what isn't?

Love my new Spectre and its processing speed

I had bought the HP Envy 2 years ago, thinking the larger screen would be better for Photoshop work. Instead, I have hated the size of the Envy footprint. The keyboard was too large for my hands to type, and it was unwieldy. I went into Best Buy and got the Spectre, and I love it. It has incredible speed. I have over 10,000 pictures, and they downloaded in seconds. The keys are close enough together for me to type more accurately, and there is no number keypad off to the side. The small footprint allows me to sit the laptop on my lap comfortably with no wobbling. Of course, it depends on what application I am using as to battery life. It is better than the Envy, but I am most impressed with the processing speed, the graphics, and the size. I can easily carry it on trips and watch my Netflix and Prime Video in hotels not offering Smart TVs. I also found a very slim carrying case for travel and visits to libraries for family research. I have always been a fan of HP computers and printers and cannot think of a time when I had anything else. I would highly recommend it. Have to mention the Geek Squad, who were great as always. They finished the setup in 2 days and made sure my preferences were set. I spent my career with IBM, but I can't keep up with the technology. The Geek Squad experts explain everything and with much patience!

This laptop is for my daughter in college. It performed as expected during the initial setup and the battery life, the most important feature to my daughter, was adequate for her to get through her day of classes. The jury is still out on how long the battery life will continue to be good and I'm hoping that when she starts the next year she will still be very happy with it.

This computer would get 5 stars if not for the battery life. It has been advertised in various places at 12 hours. So far, I've been lucky to get 3.5 hours. All I do is email and web browsing. Can I get a new longer lasting battery, or is 3.5 hours all I should expect for this model?

Very nice, fast and sleek PC . It just doesn't fit my needs. I tried to transition from apple to PC but for what I need I am going back to apple. That said if you are looking for the best 2 in one PC you can't go wrong here. No issues with the computer itself. It just doesn't fit my needs as an artist.

Sleek, fast, great screen quality, and does everything I need it to do for school. The battery does die quicker than my older laptop but it must be because of the OLED screen and multiple tabs I constantly have open plus apps? I’m not super savy on computers but so far I’m loving this one.

I love that it is smaller and I can literally carry it in my hand or my purse and it's not heavy...just don't like the fact that there is no 10 key and not enough USB connectivity. The battery life isn't that great and I hate that...I keep having this problem with HPs so maybe it's time for me to switch brands...

Love this laptop! Initially thought the smaller size would be an adjustment coming from a 15”. Not an issue at all. Beautiful display and easy to navigate. The fingerprint login is a nice feature. Also purchased at an unbelievable sale price.
