The screen on this is incredible and it is fast with tons of storage. It is a bit expensive but in order to get the space I needed I was willing to upgrade from my old HP Laptop. I wish it had more USB ports but the HDMI slot makes up for that as many laptops don’t have that anymore.

In short, it's the best, fastest, and clearest laptop I've ever used. The 4K resolution is amazing. Streaming music or videos or movies, it does it with no problem at all. And the touchscreen is amazing but I hardly use it. Finger prints on the screen bug me and that's the only reason I don't use it.

In the last 2 months of owning this computer, it has performed amazingly for every task presented. Te display is extraordinary and the responsiveness between tasks seems to be quicker than my phone at times. If you want a 2-in-1 with a beautiful display and is really fast you've found it.

As you probably already know from other review or even seeing this device in person, the display is absolutely gorgeous. But the computer itself also runs extremely well. It's quick, and assuming you're not doing too heavy of a workload, doesn't get too hot. Definitely would recommend.

I have moved back into MS operating invirinment from a MAC. Very pleased with the quality. Look and value of this product. Wish it had another USB port as I use a external mouse and occasional have to take it out to use another device.

This computer has all of the latest features and Best Buy did a price match reduction of $300 when it went on sale the week after I purchased it.

The screen is phenomenal! I just dont like that it doesnt come with more options for the feature. Also the pen isn't that great

I love this laptop. Unfortunately the first one had a problem with the screen after a month. I had to exchange it for a new one but so far so good. I guess it’s to be expected with new technology in the beginning.

Purchasing the laptop was extremely easy with the excellent help I received from Best Buy employees. The computer is very easy to set up and begin working. with.

I don't change computers frequently due to the hassle and the necessary learning of the most recent OS. Except for my prior purchase (original Microsoft Surface Pro), I've always been a huge HP fan and would pay the extra price for the name. Hence, the purchase this time of this Spectre with what I felt had all the bells and whistles, i7, 16GB, and 1TB SSD. With those features, I expected instant response. Sadly, this thing is a lot slower than my 6 year old Surface Pro. Much slower. It runs pretty warm, and they designed it to have the fan on the right side of the computer so it is constantly blowing hot air onto my hand (I use a bluetooth mouse). From what I can tell there are no hot keys to turn the touchpad off (which is totally necessary if you use a mouse as it seems super-senstive to movement anywhere around the touchpad). I've searched on-line and asked a BB rep to no avail. And when I do disable the touchpad, it frequently re-engages within an hour or two. It becomes a constant battle. I would have purchased another surface pro in a heartbeat but wanted a bigger screen and needed the 1TB, but didn't want to put out $2-3000 necessary to meet those specs. In retrospect, I wish I would have. Or listened to my son and saved nearly 50% and bought what I thought would be an inferior non-HP product. I can't imagine they would be any worse.

I am thrilled with this laptop which I am using to work remotely. It is lightweight but strong, easy to work on and comfortable as well.

This computer fits all my needs. It has the memory and technology to make it useful for some years to come.
