We love the two Samsung 65 & 75" flat screen tvs, not to mention the HP Spectre laptop and the HP Envy Desktop, HP Color laser printer too, and the service in the Geek Squad was fantastic, got things done and fixed in no time.

The superficial - it is a gorgeous machine. The meaningful - fantastic screen; able to handle anything and everything we throw at it, plenty of muscle. Backed by great service from Best Buy/Geek Squad.

Great laptop, unfortunately when my wife's IT department loaded their software on it, 1 day later it died and even multiple system restores didn't work. It was great until then!!

Great choice with the extra memory, thought it was only going to be used as portable device but it actually performing as home computer with no problems for work, home and recreational streaming !

I really liked this laptop but the first one had a defective left speaker - it was loose in there and vibrated. I returned it and bought another. Now the down arrow has lost it spring feel and is always depressed. It can still register an entry, but barely, and it feels odd. The spring inside the key is broken. I take great care of my equipment and did nothing to cause these issues. I'm going to return this one too. I decided to buy another brand. If these issues had not occurred, I would have enjoyed the great monitor. But, i9 processors are making their way into other 4K laptops now for about $500 more, if you are willing to go to 512GB SSD. Since I store most files on the cloud, I am able to do that.

I was surprisingly please with this laptop. I recently started a photography business. This laptop has allowed me edit photographs and increase my overall revenue.

Everything was great for less than two months. I needed a new computer because I was just entering my doctoral program and the old one was slower than molasses. Dragged the hubby to the Best Buy to ensure I bought something that was uber fast and would last throughout my program. Uber fast? Definitely. Until you continuously get the blue screen every 30 seconds (no exaggeration). Now I have to be without my $2000 computer for who knows how long while the Geek Squad figures out that there's about five different errors. At the very least I'm obviously not thrilled with my purchase. Of course, it doesn't start doing this until I'm outside of my return date. Let's hope my local Best Buy handles this...

We got one of these for my girlfriend cause she needed something that did everything so we didn't need to get a work and home computer. Works fabulously.

This laptop is huge. It looks and feels luxurious yet it's very powerful. Only drawback is it feels very fragile

I love this computer. It has a great camera on it for videos and skyping. I would recommend it to anyone who does online work and even for gaming.

Purchased this laptop about 5 months ago. Generally worked fine, however I had many issues with using VPN for my company's remote desktop. Additionally, this computer runs hot. About 2 months ago, the audio got funky. Sounded muffled, and no bass. Geek Squad took it in, sent it to HP to get fixed. Came back fine. During the TWO WEEKS I didn't have my laptop, I used a cheap HP laptop. It ran much cooler, and ran VPN well for remote desktop. About two days ago, the left speaker shot. So my music sounds like crap again. I'm trying to decide how to approach it, I'm sure HP will take it to fix again, but how many times do I have to send in my BRAND NEW premium ultrabook to get fixed within the first 5 months of owning it? I wish I could return this product and regret buying it.

I had an HP Spectre 13" which had much better battery life and quality. also the on/off switch was on top left corner - and computer fell about 2 ft and of course landed on the button - now have to get it fixed. Bought a Lenovo Yogo Think Pad - Much Better

Great laptop for daily use. I have been using it for almost 2 years and I am so happy with it.

It seems like is working fine so far, like the graphics, and the friendly use.

The picture is a absolutely beautiful!! Very fast , easy to use apps and games tablet mode is great !!
