Beautiful laptop but when I streamed a movie or Pandora, etc itll randomly crash on me. Its crashed on me over 5 times. Not sure why? Otherwise I luv it! I need to talk to HP still to see if its something I'm doing wrong.

Great laptop with the added benefit of acting like a tablet.

Bought an open box certified HP laptop . Delivery was excellent , setup was good , but when I started to add different users I found out the system partition was just big enough for the windows software and I could not add anything without deleting something . HP customer refused to help because it was modified by the geek squad so I returned it to the store , who processed it for another brand pc because there were no more HP specters in any stores . Open box was a nite mare .

Where to begin...laptop was out of stock when I ordered it so it was ordered and sent to the store. I took it home, used it for less than an hour and put it away in the included case. Next day in the afternoon, go to open it up and the left side of the screen pops off and I couldn’t get it to go back in and stay in. Took the laptop in to BestBuy and they ordered me a new one. The second one had distorted audio coming out of the left side as soon as I took it out of the book and went to set it up. Took this one back to BestBuy as well and they mailed me a 3rd one. This one seemed to be working fine, then all of a sudden it would randomly shut off. At this point, I’m at the end of my 14 day period to take it back to BestBuy so call HP to troubleshoot. They said it was because I hadn’t upgraded to the latest version of Windows so I went through that whole process, which did not resolve the issue. HP sent me a recovery USB thinking it was a software issue, but alas this was not the issue. So now the laptop has been sent off to be repaired by HP technicians as it is now a CPU issue. I really want to like this laptop, but at some point may just have to call it quits...

So far, not impressed. Won't run facebook. Scrolling with your finger is very jerky and often has to be done over multiple times. I regret this purchase. Wish I had saved 1000 bucks and just bought a Dell.

Motherboard crashed just after a year so it was no longer under warranty. Got the run around between best buy, HP, and UBreakIFix. Terrible experience as it took months of the back and forth wihtout any resolution as it was not under warranty. Huge waste of my time and money

Very disappointing in saving changes in the Internet Options. Where is the manual?

System crashed in less than a month and had to be taken in for service repair, doesn’t seem to be reliable equipment/software.

This brand new HP Spectre computer fresh out of the box during initial power-up crashed and was completely unresponsive. Attempted to restart, power-down & restart - no change. Turned in the computer to Geek Squad for FULL DIAGNOSIS and REPAIR of a BRAND NEW computer out of the box.

I would not want anyone to get this laptop don't wast your money on this laptop.

Had issues with driver updates. Flickering screens
