Great computer. Speed is awesome. Display is perfect.

I have experienced any problems with this computer. I like the upgrades that Windows has done to make this computer more versatile. The speed etc. is notably faster since my last Spectre. The sign-in function of using face recognition is VERY fast. I haven't had any problems with this unit. When on sale, it is a steal.

The quality of this laptop is great! The laptop itself is strong and sturdy. There’s times the fan could be a little loud but that is only if you use the laptop a lot and is on a flat surface that doesn’t let the heat escape from the laptop. But overall the laptop is great haven’t had any issues so far. I’m very satisfied with my purchase!

Purchased this HP to replace my 5 year old Dell. I am working on my degree and have to take a computer programming class, my old computer was just not up to it. So far I am impressed by how smooth and fast this laptop is. The touch screen is awesome and being able to use a stylus is another huge plus!

So far no issues whatsoever. Great display and very fast.

The laptop is very powerful with good graphics however I just found out that the network adapter is bad according to geek squad and has to be sent back to HP for repair. I purchased it 5/4/21. It shouldn’t have this problem so soon. No WiFi

I'm really disappointed with this product. I've owned it for over two months now and since then I've have some problems persist over time past the point of return and now I'm stuck with an expensive product that I'm not happy with. At first, the device seems to run nice and smoothly, but that was before I had installed any of my usual browser sand applications. For one, even if I am just using my Google chrome browser and idly on a webpage, the fan will run super loudly and I won't even be using it. Also, it tends to lose network connection pretty regularly. I've never had this problem on my previous laptop or with any of my other wifi connected devices. But this device will regularly lose connection and half the time won't reconnect to the point I have to forget the connection entirely and reconnect or restart my entire device. Another thing I've noticed - I use a wired mouse, and the USB connection isn't able to be pushed all the way into the port. it leaves about 3 mm of silver space when I inject it as far as possible. It doesn't seem very secure and can be jiggled slightly. Although the mouse seems to work fine, I don't enjoy that it doesn't seem to fit very securely, especially since there are so few USB ports. Same thing I noticed with the USB C connector when I need to connect my USB Hub device. The ports aren't secure. I've also had a problem with the glare being so prominent on this laptop. I can hardly use the 2-in-1 functionality of the tablet mode due to the glare. I had to buy an anti glare screen protector to combat this issue. For nearly 2k with tax, I would not recommend this device. I wanted a slim, portable device with exceptional performance but if I had known it would have all these performance issues, I would've picked something more sturdy and reliable.

Madly in love with this computer. It’s beyond fast and I never have had one issue with it lagging or locking up. It’s on the heavier end for size, but built solid. The screen is amazing, and I love the keyboard feel. Overall it’s been a dream since day one and performs better than my MacBook Pro did.

An excellent value, with a touch screen, wireless mouse (purchased separately and transferred from my former laptop), plenty of memory for my needs, a 512 GB solid state drive and 32 GB Intel Optane memory technology. I'm very pleased with the buying experience and Geek Squad home installation.

HP computers continue to impress me. The quality on this device rivals Apple quality in both feel and design. The last HP computer we bought 8 years ago continues to run flawlessly. Can’t go wrong with this one. My only issue is it is not that large of a hard disk. 2TB drive would have been a better option.

this laptop is awesome, fast with plenty of options. this is being used mostly for photography editing and it suits this type of work extremely well. I am replacing a Macbook Air since I just switched to use PhotoShop and it is not compatible with Mac's, Highly recommended. also comes with a cash and pen,

I have used this laptop for over a month so far and I absolutely love it! Especially the 2-in-1 feature and touch screen. I’m able to manage all my grad school work easily with this device. Hopefully it will continue to work well throughout the remainder of the school program.

The setup was relatively easy, moving from my other HP 13 inch laptop to this model went smoothly. The biggest issue, is this model has a 10 pad on the right side and the delete key is moved slightly, just need time to develop the finger memory where things are. The screen is clear and crisp.

This is an amazing laptop. It looks and feels high class. The screen is amazing with detail, contrast, and true color. The processor is fast and clean. However, the graphics card does not support the 4k screen when processing 4k video. Playback was glitchy using editing software. Very disappointed. I like this computer, and I wanted to keep it. Had to return as I am using Davinci to edit home videos. For this much money, they should include a separate 6GB graphics card to support the 4k processing. Also, the 512GB SSD is very limiting when you are working with hours of video. I filled this space very quickly.

So far so good. We returned a Dell 2in1 due to the screen suddenly going black and chose this one as our replacement. The hinge and body are very similar between the two and therefore I am hoping we won’t have the same issue with this screen. Performance has been great and it have a very sleek look.

Having the conversion ability has been such a big help with student projects at work! The touch screen has had to be uninstalled and reinstalled one time but within two minutes it was all fixed. It has been very convenient and beneficial for me in college and working!

I like the size and the weight of the laptop. Picture quality and speed is excellent. The one thing that I would change is to have more than one USB plug.

I wasn't sure if the 15.6 screen was going to be big enough for me, I was looking at a different computer with a 17 inch screen. But I am glad i went with this decision. It is the perfect size and much faster than my old computer.

I love my new laptop! It's fast, wide spaces keys and beautiful! My sales person listened to what I needed the in a laptop and guided me to this model. although, I had to wait to have it ordered and delivered then have the software installed - it definitely was worth the wait.

Excellent computer with fantastic speed, functionality and love the 2 in 1 utilization of a laptop and tablet. The included stylus is a game changer as is the built in numeric pad on the key board as I crunch a lot of numbers. The screen and display are AMAZING.
