I read the reviews before purchasing. I saw some that said the fan was loud and the computer would heat up. I was nervous about buying this model but figured I would give it a shot. Happy to report that I can barely hear the fan and the computer doesn't heat up. Love the clarity of the screen. I had to install a program on my computer and the tech that was screen sharing to install what I needed also commented on the quality of the screen. Definitely would recommend buying this model!

I love the look of this computer. Easy to use and the Geek Squad did a great job setting it up for me and explaining it to me.

Pros: Stylish design: it looks cool and the touch is also great. A good combination of ports. The first batch of 11th gen intel chip laptops. Performance: it achieves my expectation. I can even play some games on the laptop (two point hospital runs smoothly with low-medium graphic but overwatch just does not with even low graphic, for reference). The thermo design is pretty good. The flow design is good compared to Macbook pro. -------- Cons: - The size of the trackpad is just ridiculously wired/small. It's very long but pretty short in width. VERY bad experience. I have to use a mouse all the time for productivity. - Bug about 4K screen. I have reproduced some issues on displaying certain pages in the 4K screen mode. Windows is just not designed for 4K display I guess. It's not unusable but it's a pretty bad experience because it's a pricy high-end laptop. That's why I returned it. I updated the driver. I major in computer science so I believe I have tried all the things I can. It happens with Microsoft Edge and Chrome. - Consider a dedicated GPU if you have more than one screen and want to watch 4K videos. I do think that's something I want so I decide to go for a model with a better GPU, even it's a little heavier. - Touchscreen and flip design is not very useful. The experience of the pen is simply BAD compared to iPad/apple pencil. If you need the stylus, buy iPad; otherwise, buy a model without flip design and touch (generally they make the machine prone to technical problems). BUY if you are a lightweight user, office/browsing/ simple creative annotation.

I love this laptoo. I've always been a Samsung Note user and have become so accustomed to Super Amoled (OLED) screens any digital screens besides OLED has been a let down... this laptop has a 4k OLED touchscreen that is to die for. The processor is a 11th gen i7 and let's this laptop really keep pace with anything I throw at it, the 16 gigs of RAM helps all my programs to stay up and running without any letdown. The quality of the build is very good and feels solid. I am truly pleased with this purchase!
