Perfect upgrade for my work computer. It’s so fast and the features of using the touch screen are fabulous.

After using a chrome book for so long it was nice to finally use a laptop that can handle multiple chrome tabs along with a zoom meeting without lagging hard. Sure gaming is pretty weak on this system but it can run other programs like a dream. Design is nice but I do wish the USB wasn't on the left as I gotta wrap my mouse or drawing tablet around the back. Definitely recommend this to students who need to run multiple programs at once.

I've only used this device for about a week, so this is subject to change, but first impressions are that this is a cool looking laptop with a long battery life and fast processing speeds. I was also unaware that it came with a pen to use in tablet mode, which responds immediately within proximity of the screen. Top it all off with a leather case that can store both the device and the pen. Only constant usage and time will tell if these qualities will hold up.

Super sleek! Love the deep rose gold color and the fact that it folds to become a tablet. Best laptop I've had!

This computer has been nothing but exceptional. As a student, I am constantly changing programs and switching tabs and not once has this thing crashed or pooped out. This build quility is truly premium and i constantly use the included pen for drawing diagrams and homework. a real bang for buck especially if you can find it on sale. Love the color and stylus! the charging cable that came with it was not charging the stylus and i thought the stylus was defective. I used my phone charger and i found the cable was defective and stylus has worked fine, though one of the tips were slightly bent. The laptop works well, i use if for light web surfing and video watching. I have had some issues installing some updates and some errors but after a couple of restarts and updates it has fixed itself.

We had viewed this PC instore...then purchased online. It's powerful and performs as advertised.

After 15 months it started having issues with the battery

This laptop is working well so far and has a stream!ined feel. My main complaint is that the touchpad is a little too sensitive at times, causing the screen to jump around because the touchpad "thought" I was trying to navigate to another page or link within the current page. Antiglare might have been a better choice, too, because the regular screen can be very reflective in dim lighting. Overall, though, I am satisfied with my purchase.

I have enjoyed using the Spectre, replacing my other laptop which was almost 6 years old. I wanted a keyboard with a separate 10 key pad, and this fit the bill with the storage and speed I was looking for. The sales person was very helpful in showing me the laptops with the requirements I was looking for. Also, the Geek Squad was of great assistance in transferring all my data from the old laptop. I was able to start using the laptop with minimum setup.
