Lightning speed and quick boot up

A computer that boots up fast and doesn't freeze. Its a great computer to use for business. The 4k screen delivers an excellent clear display. The price point is almost half of a mac book and with best buys price match program its possible to save even more.

Overheating

It has a beautiful 4K screen, great features like fingerprint scanning and the stylus on touch screen. I needed something for my engineering courses but this just didn’t work. Constantly crashed after thermal throttling while running programs. The side vents are angled downward 45 degrees instead of directly outward, which I think is a huge design flaw. Returned & purchased a HP Omen instead. This computer would be great for anyone who is not running heavy programs or doing a lot of gaming.

I wanted to love it...

The picture quality didn't appear to be 4k and the touch screen kept going out (i.e. not working). I purchased this specific model for the perceived picture quality, the light weight and touch screen. I can say, it was light.

A little too heavy to be portable.

This computer was easy to set up. Has good visuals and sound. Only has 1 USB port and is very heavy. Also, gets very hot when holding. Be clear on your use. I think its a good computer but not exactly what I needed.

Wonderful machine

This one is somewhat smaller and lighter with improved chip and graphics. HP products are known for quality and this machine is an example. It has all the capabilities of a large desktop with portability. Good battery life. Built-in speakers are not great but they never are with laptops. Use earbuds.
