Great device, start up very quickly. Super fast processing. I would give it 5 stars but the on/off button is placed on the left back corner and when I grab it, is very easy to turn it off and it is annoying. But overall, very happy with it.

By far the best laptop I have ever owned. I run music production software and Adobe Creative Cloud and other video editing software. Performance is lightning fast and smooth. Picture quality is amazing. Absolutely love this thing.

Very sleek design and quality feel to this laptop. The screen is crisp and the weight of the laptop feels sturdy without being overly heavy. The enter key lagged at first, but is now responding accurately. Very satisfied with this product.

So far so good. I’ve only had the device for approximately 1 month. It is really fast, sleek, and pretty nice. My only issue is sometimes it seems to run a little hot if I am playing games. Other than that no complaints.

Overall I like the laptop. I’m still getting used to it, the settings and functions. I didn’t realize the keyboard isn’t backlit. Like the right hand numbers keys. Colors are very vivid on the screen; the camera not so much.

Great product at a reasonable price. 5 stars. Very helpful sales associate that explained the differences in several products so my wife could make the right selection for herself. Price and service is why we always use Best Buy.

happy with my computer. I kept my previous one for too long, so this was a nice refresh and I'm happy with my choice. I don't own many different laptops to compare to say this is the best, but it's definitely great for it's value.

I'm very disappointed with this laptop. Everything from the minor details (nothing lights up to let you know that num lock is on, for example), to the sleep/hibernate/power off settings not working at all. I use my laptop for work and perhaps that drained the battery faster, but now that I'm taking a break, I still find that the battery does not last as long as advertised. Not only that, but I've only used my wireless mouse for the most part. I went to use the stylus and the right-click button gets stuck. Nothing was ever spilled on it, I did not touch it with sticky or dirty hands, and again, rarely used it. The touchscreen decides when it does and does not want to work (though it's enabled). I go in to device manager and right-click. No option to "enable" (thanks, Google). The fan is way too loud and the laptop gets hot, even when I only have one program running. Yes, I made sure unnecessary apps were not running at start up. The sound isn't that great, depending on what you're doing. Perhaps that has to do with the platform and not the streaming app you're using, but it's definitely not worth the price tag imo. I bought this laptop before a trip toward the end of July 2021 and sadly, I was on a plane back home on the last day I had to return it. I will be contacting HP to see what they can do. I wish I could go back in time and purchase almost any other laptop.

I am very pleased with this purchase. It has been everything I was looking for. Mostly used as a laptop for scheduling and web conferencing. But also supports digital art apps whenever I am creatively inspired.

We've been very happy with this laptop - it has been extremely good with remote learning, handling multiple apps with high resolution videoconferencing, etc. The pen is also an excellent way to design and build presentations.

Works great. Quick load times. Great for multitasking. As soon as you turn it on it's ready to go. You might want to buy a set of speakers though because sometimes at higher volumes the speaker seems to have clarity issues.

Got this for work - I am a mental health therapist and live on zoom and my therapy notes program. The picture quality is stellar. The battery holds a charge well. Backlit keyboard is nice. And frankly it is a very good looking laptop.

Very pleased this far. I have had an HP ENVY for the past seven years with no problems. I expect the same (and better!) with this SPECTRE upgrade. Very much worth the addition cost. I would recommend this computer without hesitation!

Absolutely adore this laptop. I’m not necessarily the most tech savvy person but this laptop has exceeded my expectations. It is easily converted for multiple functions and runs smoothly. This laptop is easily worth the price.

Nice laptop. It has more features than I will probably ever use. The lighted keyboard makes using it at night easy. And the touchscreen and pen are great for editing and signatures. I would recommend this lap top to anyone.

Love this converible laptop especially the color and the fact it comes with its own stylist. But one of my favorite features is the on off switch for the webcam. Its an actual physical switch so there is no hacking

Great looking laptop! Speed and ease of use are outstanding. No issues with it as of yet, but its only 1 week old so need to wait and see. A bit on the heavy side but really like a piece of jewelry. Love it so far!

In addition to a beautiful looking computer, the performance has been great. Smooth and fast, nice sound from speakers, and super clear display. Very pleased with purchase.

This laptop is quite nice. Images on the screen are clear, it boots up quickly and the fingerprint sign-in fast and smooth. I especially like the fact that it operates both as a laptop computer and a tablet.

Great product. Returned Lenovo for this. Lenovo had a bad, imo, trackpad location. Prefer the HP location. Runs fast, etc .. Once in a while you will hear the fan kick up. And I picked up an open box item saving $$$
