Still learning the ins and outs of all the features on this computer. Definitely faster and loads of memory. Picture quality and sound are terrific. I hope to have this one for some time.

Enjoying laptop, quality and great design. I use primarily for YouTube and Google searches, nothing special. Because of this I would expect battery life to be near advertised minimum.

Great product, amazing Best buy Staff at Gessner, all necessary software has been installed and Cindy, one of the Customer Service Staff has been knowledgeable of the unit and its special features.

I have had this laptop for a couple of months. It runs smoothly and is very quiet. I use it for work functions but occasionally watch videos and the sound and picture quality are great.

This laptop has exceeded all expectations as did the customer service I received in selecting it. Great speed, graphics, fantastically large screen and uses my surface tablet pen.

I LOVE this laptop! Everything about it. We had a spectre prior and needed to get a new one. No brainer. Only downside fur some might be is a tad heavy... I don't mind at all.

The speakers do not work. Also full keyboard is a bad idea for this laptop though it does not effect much, feels little cramped.

Sales Staff during purchase, and the Geek Squad during data migration were friendly, and helpful. We had good communication back and forth during the whole process.

Screen failed, black screen in less than 2 years. Babied this device never even left the house with it and the screen blacked out and no solution has been effective. Completely useless now, I can only use the laptop via HDMI to a TV. If you google this issue, it is extremely common, and HP is obviously aware of the defect with these machines. Not worth the money, a complete ripoff.

I love it for my small business. I can slip it in my bag and take it where ever I go without killing my back and shoulders. It is easy to set up and use. Would refer to anyone.

I like the design and look of the laptop it is sleek in appearance. The speed is great. The screen visuals are excellent very crisp and specific colors with excellent clarity

Well worth the price! High quality, easy to use, nice & quiet. Slim. Very sturdy. A little heavier than I expected, but overall, gave me everything I was looking for.

Bought this for my son as a HS graduation gift for college. We're very impressed with the build quality. We'd definitely recommend and would purchase again for sure!

The screen on this laptop is so awesome, speed also great. I had an issue with the touch screen no working once but a restart fixed it, otherwise would be 5 stars.
